Do not waste your money!! I made an appointment for my son who has psoriasis,I was looking to get him a food sensitivity test done but I needed an initial exam done. After going through the visit Dr. H did not think any allergy testing was needed, but said she understood my concern as a mother and agreed to testing if I wanted to. I called back later to get labs ordered was put through the ringer. I was told on multiple occasions I would get a call back, the lab order would get put through, nothing ever happened. I continued to call, not getting anywhere, I was even hung up on by office staff. I was told there was no upper management to talk to. Eventually Dr. H called me herself to inform me she would NOT test my son for allergies. But that I needed to the process over and go through Children's and she would call me back after speaking with them, but did I ever get a call back? Of course not. It should not be this difficult to get a food sensitivity test done for my son. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEM , LET ALONE GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY!!!!! read more

I scheduled an appointment with Premiere Allergy & Asthma before they became Aspire. When I scheduled my initial appointment I was in network. The day of my appointment apparently was their first day as Aspire and I ended up being out of network. I always verify when I am at a medical office that I am indeed in network and they said I was. Here I am 2 months later with a nasty large bill because I ended up being out of network with Aspire. I feel like I should have been told before I even went into my appointment that they had changed and I was out of network. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone for the lack of professionalism in communication in letting me know I was out of network. This has become such a terrible headache. They took a co-pay from me and I paid about $600 out of pocket for a procedure that day and now I've got another bill with that same procedure I paid for along with a bunch of other stuff. So now my total bill is close to $2,000. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not trust this business. Go somewhere else. read more

My wife had visited with Dr H and felt very taken advantage of and misleading as to the services they provide.We needed to do an allergy test to find out what the kids are allergic to, but ended with a pointless discussion that lead to zero findings. We had been charged over 500 for a consultation! It was a complete waste of time and when I called to understand why the charges were so expensive, Dr H had mentioned we are not the only family upset at the services this business provides. This happens all the time apparently. I find that DR. H explained her theory of building up my immune system to stop the hay fever. I'm now on the Green shot level and believe it or not my allergies are better. I've now made appointments for three times a week. I'm really happy! Don't trust those Negative Nancy's writing reviews, they all have to do with billing, the portal , or their impression of their "politeness". In a modern time when doctors are often hurried and rushed I was amazed at how much time she spent with me and my kids as patients. I wasted 3 hours of my time at an appointment that was nothing more than a bunch of 20 year olds trying to play Dr. It was ridiculous! 3 sets of people asked the exact same questions. The check in process was void of all human interaction and nobody to answer questions. When I asked if I was going to see a dr I was told the 20 something PA had her degree but was only a 2nd year medical student. Ridiculous!!!! Wouldn't recommend this place at all!!! read more

I wish I could give this place a zero. Run please to any other facility. This place gave me terrible customer service when I brought my daughter in. They were rude, gave zero actual medical advice and left us sitting in a room for over an hour. I left the appointment early with my daughter, since they were treating us so horribly, and I asked to cancel my following appointment on Monday. The doctor is amazing and really took the time to talk to me and made sure that I had a good understanding of anything that I needed to during the visit and took make sure that she really understood me and my history as well. I have used allergy practices in different cities where I have lived. Premier Allergy and Asthma has been by far the best. They are friendly and supportive and always implement the newest professional guidelines. Dr Hoonkatroon and Dr Goli work so well with National Jewish Health that I have been able to manage my health MUCH more effectively. In addition, they are friendly and supportive, even throughout the COVID challenges. What a difference they make, from toddlers to senior citizens! Always smiles and encouragement and an instant response in a crisis. But try not to have one, anyway! read more

Have been going to Premier Allergy & Asthma for the prior 5 years with my son with a severe reaction to cashews and pistachios. Did a full panel on all three of my kids while I took my son in with the primary issue. 5 years ago, the service was great. There was attention to detail, and the focus was on patient care. I was very pleased. I cannot say that the quality has continued to present day. Perhaps it's because of the expense of the new location. Perhaps it is the housing boom that brings in more clients. Perhaps it's the fundamental way in which the practice is managed. Patient care has taken a backseat to billing. Customer service was none existent. The office manager never returned a phone call. The insurance manager never returned a phone call. The ball rolled downhill to woman named Jennifer. While impotent to affect change in the practice, and powerless to provide any sort of reasonable answers, Jennifer lacked basic customer service found in so many other businesses. I pulled all three of my children from their deteriorating practice, and look forward to finding a replacement caregiver as Premier Allergy & Asthma is more concerned about billing insurance companies than what is ethically responsible to its patients. Dr. Hoontrakoon goes above and beyond. She is extremely thorough, listens carefully and truly cares for her patients. She takes so much time in each appointment to explain everything and follows up on each appointment. Dr. Hoontrakoon, Totally saved my life!! During my yearly health visit with Dr. H as we were reviewing my medical history. I explained that I often coughed when I ate. Dr. H was concerned and then referred me to Dr. Willis an ENT specialist. Long story short I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I rarely take the time to write these kind of things, usually I just chalk it up to a bad day and move on. This place is a nightmare that should be avoided at all costs! My step daughter got treatment there and she had a few complaints about the treatment she received, but they were minor and seemed trivial to me. 3 weeks ago I started getting bills for treatment she received 18 months prior. I called the billing department 3 times and left messages, because no one there takes a call. After getting no calls back for a week, I called my insurance company and figured everything out and paid them. I showed up for my appointment this morning to be told that it was cancelled, with no phone call, no e-mail, nothing. I told them I had the receipt for the payment and was told, too bad we've already given your appointment to someone else. Stay away!! read more

This whole experience started off with not being able to log into their portal and after multiple attempts of being locked out and having to reset it, we had to set it up in the office. The quality of care is below sub par. Went in to do a patch test and the person that put it on didn't tape it well or even consider cleaning the skin with alcohol to get rid of oils before applying the patch. Needless to say it fell off. We told the people working on the next follow up appointment which they did nothing about it. Then on the next follow up we brought it up again to be told INVALID so had to do the whole process again. So when they applied the patch again, I asked them to tape it on better and the girl told my 78 year old mom "you know what would help, a sports bra". Ok that may be a solution for someone that has one but she really didn't know her audience when she said that. The follow up appointment, the Nurse Practitioner asks did I tell you to go to National Jewish to get a blood test. She didn't so I contacted National Jewish and they said they received nothing from this office. So what was the point of even going here if they are going to do the easiest thing and mess that up then do it again only to refer the blood test somewhere else? Worst place ever!!!!! I went back in Feb twice to go get an allergy test. They did it but in April I got a bill and asked why if I already pay when I was in person they explained that my insurance did not cover a portion and I said okay. I paid for it in May and I asked is that all that I need to paid and then said yes. In June I got another bill and I have called the bill line 3 times and no one has returned my call back!!!!!! Outstanding providers. Very thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable. Both Dr. H. and Sofia listen very well to and address ALL symptoms, not just those pertaining to their expertise. When further tests were recommended from a different provider, staff followed up with a phone call or message. They are persistent in getting to the root of the issue. I have never been to a provider in which I felt more validated and cared for. The front desk, billing, nurses and medical assistants are also wonderful people to work with. We were used to working with pros up at Childrens Hospital Colorado (CHC) so had very high standards and expectations. NOT DISAPPOINTED - STATE OF THE ART OFFICE matched with SUPERB PHYSICIAN AND STAFF. Finally found Dr. Hoontrakoon's practice after disappointing experience with another allergy group in the area where we literally lost thousands of dollars on bizarre skin testing appointments and mismanaged allergy shots. Saw review of someone frustrated with billing, also had that problem a while back. Issue was quickly addressed and new billing service hired, has been perfect since. Sorry we didn't find Premier Allergy & Asthmas before losing precious time and money at that other practice that didn't follow same top-tier allergy treatment and methodology like Premier Allergy & Asthma and Childrens Hospital Colorado.
