It was two hours and most of it was free time with employees throughout the gym to help kids if they needed help. The last part they set up an obstacle course and the kids were timed. My child had such a fun time doing the free time, obstacle course and the climbing the wall. There is a ton of seating off to the side of the gym/course to observe. They also have bathrooms and drinking fountains - you'll definitely get thirsty if you are running around the course! They offer weekly classes, one off classes and parties! This is such a fun place for kids, I highly recommend it!

I have one daughter in the JO program and another in the xcel program. Both programs are exactly what they need and are treated equally. Gymnastics is a tough sport and I'm super thankful that my daughters are able to learn lifelong lessons at a gym that cares about them as individuals as well as what they can provide to their teams. We spend a lot of time here and the atmosphere is truly caring. From the littlest rec gymnasts up to the level 10 gymnasts, they push them to be their best and provide the tools needed. There really should be at least one assistant for a class of 2 year olds, so that activities are more directed and each child gets help trying more activities. I like that they reorganize the configuration of the equipment each week.

Back in its heyday this was one of the loudest basketball courts in the nation for college basketball. Now it's used for the lady backs gymnastics team and the volleyball teams.
