From High Fitness, Bootcamp, spin and barre--I love how everything is under one roof and there are lots of daily class options for me to choose from depending on what type of workout I want to do that day! And I can get in and out of the gym quickly--no having to park far away to get in and out of the gym like many other gyms. It's a gym that feels much more like a family than the other big gyms in the area.

For years, classes were offered at the same time every week, which made it easy to plan ahead. Now, because of the instructor shortage, the schedule changes almost every week and members basically have to take a class when they can get one. They are still quick to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee if something comes up in your own schedule, even though customers are constantly having to accommodate changes in the instructors' schedules. The instructors they do have are very good. I just wish they could get more people to work there. With so many new Pilates studios opening, instructors seem to be few and far between. Hopefully they can get the staffing figured out and get back to offering a more consistent weekly schedule.

I've been going to this location for almost 9 years and the older crowd are ruining it. Men shave…read moretheir heads in the locker room, hang out undressed in the locker room like its a nude sauna, and just generally treat this place like it's their own bathroom. Lately more equipment has had out of order signs on it. I've complained to the management including the regional manager Ruby specifically about people shaving their heads in the locker room and leaving hairs all over but they didn't even put up a sign. I'm so glad the pleasant grove location has opened as it has a younger and more respectful crowd. I probably won't return to this location very much at all anymore.
