I absolutely adore this place. As someone who doesn't rock climb, this place is epic. The price is good for the experience that you get. The staff does a great job of explaining how the gym works and how to auto-belay yourself. I have always felt safe here every time that I go. They have an actual weight section of the gym, but I have not used that nor have I used the lockers. The upstairs "kid's section" is fun. I put the kid's section in quotations because some of those walls are difficult! There are options for all ranges of climbers, even the most experienced climbers. There is a bouldering section. Each path is clearly outlined with the difficulty marked. Every time I leave Climb Bentonville, my limbs feel like noodles. It gives such a good workout! Overall, this is a great place to take kids, go with friends, or go alone to get a great workout. read more

We are stupid sick of Covid! My grandkids came to visit this weekend and we were looking for places to take them, where we would feel somewhat safe but also be able to get them out of the house and moving. My husband has always wanted to take them to Climb Bentonville. We ventured in this past Saturday, not sure if we would actually feel comfortable once we were inside and go ahead and stay. Nonetheless, we wanted to give it a try. When we arrived it was a little bit chaotic, but the employees were honestly trying their hardest to practice Covid precautions. They encouraged climbers to fill out the release forms on the Internet, and they had markings on the floor showing the distance to stand from each other. The lobby is also decent sized, so you can gather in your own group and still manage to stay away from other. We decided to go ahead and give it a try. The staff got us all checked in and explained that we needed to go through an orientation. We entered the gym and shortly there after a staff member came to educate us on how to use the climbing walls and equipment. It was very informative. He was very patient with our grandkids and I was very grateful for that. The upstairs floor of the business is almost all children's climbing walls. They have so many different options, and it is very bright, colorful and fun. My granddaughter is almost 5 years old, and she started off tentative but quickly Concord fears and was climbing higher than we ever expected. My grandson is almost 3 and he was a little bit more nervous. He continued to get braver and braver throughout the visit, though. We stayed for a couple hours, and I genuinely felt like we got a lot out of our moneys worth! We arrived about 2 o'clock and the gym was pretty busy at that point, but I never felt like people were on top of us. It definitely send out about 3 o'clock, and traffic was pretty light until we left at four. The gym was extremely clean, and there were a lot of staff members working on keeping it clean, but also assisting anyone who needed help. The bathrooms were super clean and they gave the most specific instructions on handwashing I have ever seen. I guess my point is that I felt like they took a lot of precautions for Covid, and I felt safe in that space. If you are looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon with your kids, this is definitely a place you should check out! read more

My daughter & I went into Climb Bentonville today & had a great time! We were both a little nervous, as neither one of us are really comfortable with heights. However, we got braver with each climb & could have spent a ton of time in there if we didn't have somewhere else we had to be. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The equipment is all very nice & I felt very secure & safe the whole time. There is a kids area upstairs where adults & kids can both climb. Since we were both new to this, we decided to just climb upstairs. I would suggest filling out your waiver online ahead of time. read more

Where I'm from there are no auto belays. I always have to have a climbing partner if I want to top rope at my climbing gyms. But at Climb there are several in the main area and upstairs. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good bouldering area. The bathroom is clean and so is the whole gym. It's so much fun to go with friends or by yourself. There's also a weight room with some exercise machines. Can't wait to go back!!! read more

They took away the kids area. But they let us pay, only to realize that the place isnt really for kids. We tried to make it work, but eventually the kids were disappointed with the options. We left early, but they wouldn't give any refund. Honestly, even if they had given a refund, this still would have been our last time going there. read more

We had a good time climbing, Aron was fantastic. He helped us buy 2 pairs of shoes and a harness. However, Christian (who seemed to be a manager) kept interjecting his unwanted comments and was very unpleasant. Aron was trying to make sure we were taken care of but Christian had the opposite concern. We almost didn't get the harness because of Christian's attitude about it. But overall, the facility was great. Lots of good routes. read more

By far the nicest climbing gym in northwest Arkansas, whether you are an avid competitive climber or your kids want to just go have fun this place has everything you could need! They went the extra mile landscaping the exterior of the building with nice effect. Excellent staff. Awesome indoor climbing facility. Plenty for younger climbers. ...not to sure about those bathroom faucets though, and the stall gaps would make great handholds on the walls for beginner climbers, but not so great for toilet privacy. Overall a very clean and well run climbing gym. I would buy an all-day pass for my hour of climbing any day. A+ read more

Terrible experience here from very rude staff.. a Thin older lady. She approached me twice within a few minutes. We are on the wall where kids are climbing I'm talking to them on the wall and mask comes down from my nose while talking. I'm worrying about the kids not the mask at this point. And she gets 1 ft from my face literally and said have I not told you 4 times before? Very aggressive and rude. I said no once And look how close you are to me you need to get back. I also saw your nose when you were talking to kids and she yes and then I pulled it back up. I said ok then. And she walked away. Absolutely crazy so if you don't want to enjoy your climbing experience because your mask slipping down then going here is a great idea to ruin your day and leave feeling verbally attacked. I will never be going back here due to no other reason than poor customer service. It's one thing to notify someone to pull their mask up but in that fashion was uncalled for and embarrassing for myself and this business. read more
