I cannot say enough amazing things about Westrom Group Property Management. My property had been…read moresitting vacant with very little activity, and after switching to Westrom, they secured a qualified 2-year tenant in about ONE WEEK, at a HIGHER rent than I previously had. I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. I'm beyond impressed and extremely grateful. If you're looking for the best property management company in DFW, Westrom Group is it. Highly, highly recommend.

I am done with renting from a company that tells you that the privacy fence is a privilege and they…read morerefuse to fix it. The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here. I will end with that. Anything you say after this I will come back with facts. Let's leave it alone and just make it to next August. We are not breaking rules and taking care of the property with love and care. So I should have no problem getting my deposit back when we move! I already handed over my documents to a professional. I am just covering myself. God bless

All County Property Management gets 5 stars. I'd give them more if that were possible…read more After having a property pulled out from under us in a show of very bad faith by another company, All County Property's Shelly, Lynn, and Kim managed to pull out an 11th hour deal and get us into a house. They personally followed up with our references and got us vetted in hours instead of days. We are so thankful to find a management company to help us find a home! We will use them for all future real estate dealings. They are honest and reliable, the two things we found lacking in their competitors. I highly recommend All County Property Management. You will regret using anyone else!

The staff are fairly nice to interact with, but everything else was just terrible. Not only that, they require additional services to be paid by you and if you don't, they fine you for every little item and are not up front about it until the lease is signed. I had several issues when I first moved in: 1.Front door was wide open when I arrived and later determined the latch was damaged and a light breeze would push it open. 2.More than half the lights were bad, costing me a couple hundred dollars to replace. (they only replaced 2 cheap bulbs when reported, and ignored the kitchen CFL's and exterior lights. 3.Layers of dust on everything and trash/old parts/paint left in the garage. 4.Electrical issues in the master bedroom, and garage the resulted in the garage door sometimes not opening, and the inability to use the ceiling fan and lights at the same time. 5. Lots of existing small damage from floors to walls and lack of protective items such as door stops. 6. Massive pile of tree limbs/brush left in the back yard(ignored when reported, 20ft/10ft wide and stacked 6ft high) and took me 3 days of clearing and working with the city for pickup. 7. 3 Weeks into the lease, we learned they had a mice infestation. -Many other issues were reported during the move in process, but only 10$ duct tape fixes were performed and other concerns were ignored. When they sent lease renewal forms, I had told them 75 days(45 was required) in advance that I was in the process of purchasing a home, and was curious if they'd like to work out an arrangement since I would not be renewing. Either to get out sooner, some kind of refund, or otherwise. I was instead given firm NO's (felt like being told to f* myself). The very next thing they did was send realtors to my home with no notice, scaring my family that was home and creating conflict. They expected me to bend over backwards for realtor visits and ignored all concerns for safety and privacy. It was at this point I felt like I was being pushed out and taken advantage of. So I stopped caring and did everything I could legally and within contract to make their jobs harder since they didn't care about me or my family. Eventually moving out 2 months early because of all the safety and security risks they were creating. I had even called and emailed all these concerns, and attempted to work with them multiple times, but they just don't care.

They've managed 2 of my properties…read morefor the past 3 years, and by my best estimate, I'll have lost about $13K because of them. The first $10K was because they let some lady with apparently high credit score and rental history rent the place. She ended up not paying rent for 6 months and then when she left, she stole my refrigerator, stove, and oven. I hired a lawyer and a private investigator. The lawyer and the PI determined she used a false identity. The PI told me that she used the identification information of a Hispanic male! That tells you how inattentive Metroplex (now Evernest) is. They just accept what the tenant tells them without verifying. So I not only incurred lost rent and extensive damages to a brand new home, but I also had to pay for a lawyers and a PI. All unnecessary and all because of this company's incompetence. The next $3K is happening now. I have a pending vacancy in a property and I have been emailing for weeks asking why it hasn't been listed and not getting responses. I tried calling the # on their website and it goes to a dead line. Everytime I call an employee directly, it goes straight to voicemail without even ringing. I finally found out yesterday that they now have a policy of not marketing the property until it is vacant and repaired. Really? So I have to lose money just so things can be convenient for you? They also couldn't list it anyways because they don't have non-watermarked photos to use. Really? After 3 years? They also said that if the home needed minimal repairs, they would need 2 weeks to fix. 2 weeks? That's unacceptable. That's because they want to do it in house and I have to get in line so they can profit off of the repairs. just imagine if it needs more than minimal repairs. I have just yanked the business from them and shifted over to Cole Property Management Services. Cole is going to start marketing right away, while the existing tenant is still there. That's how it should be done, with MY best interests in mind. Now I'm going to have all sorts of vacancy and lost money because of these guy's incompetence. I don't know how they put their pants on in the morning without struggling. I am so disgusted and upset that I can't see straight.
