Then they left the job incomplete, with the tree leaning toward my house--posing a serious risk during summer storms. Despite my increasing concern, the office repeatedly canceled and rescheduled appointments without explanation. When I questioned their handling of the situation and again requested to speak with the owner, I was told they "would not tolerate" my behavior--just for asking reasonable questions--and they ultimately refused to complete the job.
