This company does not care about making sure their drivers are going to the correct location to dump their trucks. They continue to turn onto private residential property even after drivers and the company has been informed to stay off our property. The drivers drive fast on our driveway and they have driven in our yard. We've called the company multiple times and they refuse to fix it. read more

I really wanted to leave a positive review because my experience started off great. I hired Maryland Professional Tree Services for one job earlier in the week, and the first crew did an amazing job. They removed debris, logs, and even cleaned up behind themselves. The first job was actually much larger, and because of how excellent their work was, I hired the company again that same week. Unfortunately, the second experience was completely different. The second job was much smaller--just removing five small trees (more like bushes)--yet the service I received did not match the contract. When I brought up the issue, I had an unpleasant conversation with the person who handled the contract. They did not take accountability for the clear gap between what was written and what the crew actually did. The second crew did no cleanup at all until I mentioned it. Even after the conversation, the cleanup was only partially done. Comparing the photos from the first job to the second job shows a drastic difference in quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. What makes this especially disappointing is that I had planned to hire them for additional work on other trees. I was also prepared to highly recommend them to my neighbors, family, and friends based on the first experience. Sadly, the inconsistency in service has changed that. Very disappointed. read more

My neighbor had them do a TON of work at her house several times and provided a glowing recommendation for them. In the back of my mind they were the company I was going to pick if given a reasonable estimate. The visit started off as they all do, discussing the specifics of the job. I mentioned how much my neighbor loved the work they did for a reasonable price. To quote her, "I had far more work done and they only charged me $1,200" so clearly I was expecting a price at or below that. I made sure to hand over my percent off coupon (why they can't just give everyone that as the upfront price beats me and is annoying) and Armando calculates my total. To my surprise it is over $2,000 with the coupon. For comparison the other quotes were: Arundel tree- lowest. New look tree service (with 25/30% off coupon)- several hundred higher than Arundel tree. Maryland professional tree service (with 35% off coupon) - Over 2,100. Prestige Tree experts- Over 3,000. Maybe it boils down to having too high of expectations based on my neighbor as they were only a few hundred higher than new look tree service. I'm sure they would do a good job based on what I observed from my neighbor, but sadly I can't justify paying that much of a premium for them to do it. read more

Armando came to the house to provide an estimate for trees that needed to be removed including one that was dangerously close to our neighbor and if it fell due to a heavy rain or ice storm could prove life threatening. The price was fair and it included cutting dead branches from all my trees some fifty feet high. Armando's brother Jose ran the job. They have all the latest equipment. The work was excellent.
