I'm a fan of the Signature Salad (lettuce, steamed chicken breast, sweet potato, eggplant, sultanas, sliced almonds, and peas) and the Smoked Salmon (lettuce, tomato, boiled egg, fetta, olives, sunflower seeds and capers). This is a largely a salad restaurant, but grounded in Asian themes. My wife and I tried two of them - the Salmon Flower salad and the Pork Gyoza salad. Both were outstanding. Very fresh, fun flavours that really work - in just about the right size to make it filling but still really healthy. This is a family run restaurant - which means I always really admire the courage and entrepreneurial spirit to both start a restaurant in the first place, plus try a new and innovative theme. Bombom works big time and I really hope it succeeds. Despite all the great eats in Mosman, we need a bit more creative diversity in our offerings, and BomBom does a great job. A welcome addition to the restaurant scene!
