I called them on March 24th hoping to contract a company for the assembly of an aluminum Gazebo that we ordered online. I was told no problem... We should be able to get it assembled after April 1st in hpes the weather would turn warmer. We all know that the weather goes from 30 to 70 in anyday and back! I understood. We were finally given a date of April 20th. On April 19th I received a call to reschedule our appointment due to the cold weather. Once again I understood but instead of pushing all their work off a day or two I was told they couldn't reschedule Until the middle on May! How is it I am punished to be put at the end of the line after waiting as long as I did! Needless to say, the same day they postponed the job I called their competitor, "From Shade to Swing Co", Hank apologized for his competitor and Immediately scheduled us for three days later! This company, Four Bros Services Llc, in my opinion, needs to address their customer service policies. We are happy we found out before the actually came to do the work. I recommend you ask them their policy for rescheduling due to unforeseen obstacles!

The day beforehand, I texted to provide my address and confirm the time. It seemed my appointment had fallend off his radar, but we were able to find a time that worked. Tevonte was about 25 minutes late (hence my 4 stars instead of 5). (He did communicate he was running late, which is important.) He put shoe covers on in my house. I showed him the desk, which the movers left in 5-6 pieces. I wasn't sure how it all went together, but Tevonte figured it out. I had to help lift one big piece, and he coached me on how to lift it to prevent scratching anything or getting hurt. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire Tevonte again.

They came to our house 1 day before the move to check the inventory of items to move and were supposed to pack up our kitchen. On the day of the move, they showed up without packing supplies and later went to get the boxes. They brought only 4 boxes which clearly were not enough. After the 4 boxes were full, they used our own packing bags. The packing of the kitchen stuff was poor and they basically just dumped everything in the bags randomly and still left items behind that we eventually had to carry in our car. They took almost 7 hours to load the truck and this was just a 3 bedroom house and they had to pack only the kitchen. Everything else was packed already. They did not bring the plastic mattress covers and ended up wrapping the mattresses in a cheap plastic which did not cover the mattresses completely and ended up soaking and staining the new mattress. Further, the sofa was not wrapped completely and ended up getting soaked and stained too. Lastly, the furniture items were scratched at multiple places. They were way off the timeline that they originally estimated for our move. I would recommend them only if your move is small (1 bedroom or so). They are clearly not experienced and skilled enough to handle moves larger than that.
