In 2024 I engaged Asset Liquidation Auctions LLC (ALA) to auction off a large collection of personal property when I moved from my house into an apartment. ALA executed the first auction (K-Bid # 50431) included 153 item and was completed 08/25/2023. After 6 weeks, they paid my portion of the proceeds from the auction, $4498.24. Then two other auctions were held and completed: 2) K-BID Auction # 52499 - which included 200 items. It was completed on 02/08/2024 3) K-BID Auction # 52950 - which included 265 items. It was completed on 03/14/2024 After many requests for payment via phone calls, text messages, and letters, the manager, Jeffrey Krueger, has refused to pay me my proportion of the proceeds from these 2 auctions. Even though the auctions were closed and the funds were collected, ALA refuses to pay me any of the proceeds at all. I have been given excuses such as: "I can't find the paperwork", "It's really completed" and "We are very busy". Noone from ALA has never denied that they owe me this money but they refuse to pay it. Most recently, I was promised payment by Feb. 21st, 2025 but no payment has been received as of yet, 3 weeks later and over 11 months from the time that their contract promised payment. This is my experience with Asset Liquidation Auctions LLC. I recommend that avoid doing business with them. read more
