The warranty process has been frustrating, inconsistent, and burdensome: * Repeated requests for the same documentation and photo proofs despite submissions multiple times. * Now required to self-package a large, fragile TV without the original box or factory packaging. * ONN provided a UPS label with no transit insurance and explicitly states they won't cover damage during return shipping -- yet will void warranty if units arrive damaged. * No meaningful plan to address the absence of original packaging or transit risk. * Logistical burden of transporting a 50″ TV to UPS without support or reimbursement. I've installed and used many TVs over 20+ years with no failures -- this early failure, combined with the company's warranty handling, has been unacceptable. Far too much risk and responsibility is being put on the consumer for a manufacturing defect. Buyer beware: If this failure and customer service experience reflects typical handling, ONN TVs may not be worth the initial low price. Currently while I am writing this, the big viral toy are the needohs and one of the managers was very helpful to let me know when I should be coming in for a chance to get one for my daughter. The staff here is also very friendly and helpful. I did have one issues a couple weeks ago though. As we were looking through toys, my daughter saw a broken down small display for K-pop demon hunters plushies. I asked one of the staff if I could have it because it would fit my daughter's room well and he said "I don't see why not, let me double check with my manager". Just then a manager walked out the back and when I asked about it she cut me off while asking and started laughing. She said absolutely not!. Now as a customer I had no idea that they can't give away the items going to the dumpster due to copyright but to make me feel stupid about it wasn't very professional. It does not have to be a credit card, I prefer a debit card. It's an automatic 5% off all products and free shipping for those items they don't have available. When you combine that with the Cartwheel deals it can be one of the least expensive places for groceries around. The grade of produce is the same as a Cub. It doesn't compare to Kwalskis or Lunds & Beyerlys but I try to eat all my produce by the end of the week and store it properly. I think it is worth the value. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful and even entertaining at times. I only have two complaints, I choose to do my shopping on Mondays and they have not gotten a chance to restock fully what has been depleted from the weekend rush. The second is that half the time they just give me plastic bags instead of asking if I prefer paper or plastic because I do prefer paper. Minimal but matters to me.

Fake appointments, terrible scheduling system…read more Extremely frustrated with the Geek Squad scheduling at this location. I booked a specific appointment for an Apple repair, expecting it to be looked at during my slot. Instead, I arrived only to be told they needed 4 hours to even fix it and that I would have to leave and come back later. The staff tried to blame Apple's policies, but Best Buy runs this scheduling system. If you cannot fulfill appointments at the scheduled time, do not allow customers to book them. Completely wasted my time.
