I have been a patient at this clinic over 8 years. I have a different family doctor. A small…read moreportion of the staff are friendly and efficent but they're becoming fewer and far between. It takes far too long to get an appoinment when I need one for myself or my children. Then when they suggest the walkin clinic, I have rushed in for that. On more than one occasion, after I have come all the way into town, I am informed by a crabby receptionst that they are no longer accepting walkins. How convenient.!! I DO NOT recommend!!!!! I'm currently locating another clinic in another community and will have our records transferred. Good luck to you.

I have watched the kindness and care always amazed at how professional there are with tricky situations. There is almost always parking and there are two lots to choose from. The admin staff are very efficient. The only criticism is that the ladies washroom was in a bad way the last time I was there. This is an important room and should be taken care of asap!
