Thank you for making an already terrible experience worse. The highlight was when she screamed so loud and hard at me in Mt face while reefing my hands above my head when I told her something was wrong with my catheter. When she ripped my catheter out after the procedure, I threw up, terrible experience. Now I know how animals must feel when they are forced into submission and yelled at. Please,,,,,, do not go here for ct scan, this bitch will torture you.

Told there were no beds, as I am bleeding profusely all over myself, the floor and garage cans near by. This is the worst so called hospital in the area. Anytime it would get worse, again I would be told there are no beds available, yet 2 people who came in after me; who were not in severe distress like I was. Were called in before me!!! My boyfriend had to come pick me up and take me to the Misericordia Hospital on the west end of Edmonton, AB. I was immediately put through triage and IMMEDIATELY put into the open ENT room. I was covered in blood, spitting into puke bags and this Hospital was so helpful. Westview health centre SHOULD NOT be considered or used as an Emergency hospital. I have had problems getting care here before many different times and had to leave and go to a different hospital that is actually a real hospital. If I ever need to call an ambulance again in the near future, I will demand to be taken into edmonton. I will refuse to go to Westview Health. If I was not poor, I would sue Westview health for whatever not giving proper emergency care would be. I will also tell anyone who asks me which hospital to go to, to NEVER go to the one in Stony Plain, AB. That you will basically be COMPLETELY IGNORED.

It's like something you see on the tv for a burger commercial. It's was nicely seasoned with fresh in house ingredients. The only downside I found was the bun was old and falling apart. Bacon cheeseburger with onion rings was the same except not so fresh ingredients that day and old bun, the onion rings were great, golden and crispy. Poutine Classic was fantastic, a good sized portion of crispy fries gravy and curds. Crispy Cod and fries were good and fairly messy because the fillet was bigger than the bun. Double order of fries and ketchup is probably my favorite. Fries are always crispy, golden and fresh. Lastly I had pizza. These slices are huge and they change flavors daily which is nice. It's a very popular item with hospital staff and surgeons. The crust is nice and crispy with thick soft slice edges and fresh ingredients. I had a slice of butter chicken which was spicy because of all the chopped jalapeños and a slice of cheese pizza. A definite buy again item. All in all this is a great kitchen to buy a meal from and I recommend it.

They felt like someone was searing them with a blow torch, triage nurse did vitals, and hour and about later went to a room where I sat for almost 4 and half hours in excruciating pain, then ask a nurse if they forgot about me!!! Resident student doctor comes in, I tell him what's going on and he was treating me like I'm drug seeking or it's a panic attack... I leave the hospital and go home they call me an hour later, I said i would rather drop dead on the floor at home. They called the cops on me, RCMP officer showed up at my property violating my civil rights and threaten to shoot my dog if HE forced himself in my house! Threaten to arrest me if i didn't go in the ambulance! All this stress soon as I jump into the ambulance I had 3 EEG readings and I was NStemi! I was having a heart attack! They rushed me into the U of A hospital where I had to get a stent put into my heart! Stay away from this hospital! They are murders And they leak patient info out as well!

Came to get some…read moreoutdated shots taken care of and it flew by pretty quickly Today brought 0% chance of line-ups and long wait times, with the help of making an appointment Nice location off a major road in Sherwood Park (Baseline Rd), plenty of *free* visitor parking , and really pleasant staff made this visit very enjoyable (well, as much as getting vaccinations can be I guess lol... ) There was also this deliciously delightful scent in the air around the main reception area! Not sure if its intentional or an accident by way of someone's tasty lunch, but it definitely brought about feelings of sweet calmness and pleasantry The waiting area looks like it was defined to cater to families/kids which always makes it a little less dreary sitting there More entertaining to look around at stuff and brings that welcoming atmosphere
