Ken Wooten is the most knowledgeable audiologist I've come across in KC. Cannot recommend enough. Super friendly atmosphere. Really nice guy. Ken was very meticulous with both my hearing testing, and my new ear molds, and I couldn't be happier. New aids fit absolutely perfectly, and the sound clarity is better than I could have imagined. If you're someone like me in the KC metro who is very dependent on proper hearing tech, this is where I would recommend starting.

Well, our grandkids live here, so an excuse to visit....but also because we feel Hearing and Balance does an excellent job working to keep my hearing as perfect as it can get. I ditched my Costco aids because I felt I needed better care. Yes, the HA are more expensive, but I feel that Hearing and Balance are professionals are well trained and provide excellent care. They definitely weren't going to reschedule it, why should they? When I call to reschedule the only open appointment is in December. At least the scheduler was super cheerful and completely oblivious to the reason why I might've been upset or put out by this, she seemed to think it was normal! And perhaps it is normal for this place. I'm so happy that I get to look for a completely new doctor now.
