I searched online to find a lot of different centers I could go to. Something kept taking me back to Neighborhood Hearing Aid Center, so I called them. I was shocked to find they could get me in the next day. The night before my appointment, my hearing aid wire broke off inside my ear, and I was already past due for a cleaning and some new parts. I was so thankful I had an appointment the following day. The receptionist was really nice and the Audiologist was super friendly (and funny). It was a real pleasure to work with him. He took care of my problems in no time at all, and I couldn't have been happier. Now I know why my gut kept telling me to choose Neighborhood Hearing Aid Center to go to. I am so happy I did and I know I chose the best place for me!

Well, our grandkids live here, so an excuse to visit....but also because we feel Hearing and Balance does an excellent job working to keep my hearing as perfect as it can get. From the receptionist to the Dr, the visit to Hearing and Balance Specialists of KC was super. Quick check in when I arrived. They emailed me the forms to fill out the day before, so I could have done before arriving. Office was super clean and professional. Have appointment next week to have hearimg aids fitted. Their ENT, "Dr." Daniel Sleve botched a simple surgery on my nasal inferior turbinates by taking so much tissue he ruined their function permanently. I now have been diagnosed with the 100% surgically created condition called Empty Nose Syndrome. As a company, they have decided to throw me to the curb instead of doing the right thing and hold their doctor accountable. They know the increased malpractice insurance rates and damaged community image would be a consequence so they have instead chosen to keep my money and leave me to cope with what they've done to me by myself. If you value your quality of life with breathing through your nose then DO NOT USE ASCENTIST "HEALTHCARE" (laughable) for any procedure!!!
