I was at a loss on what to do. Along with being stressed to figure out a solution before my big day. I found Campbell Jewelers online and I am so happy I did. Rich was very professional, friendly, and informative. He let me know what my options were. Gave me the "why's" which I always appreciate. My original ring was off balanced, missing a stone, with some stones looking like an afterthought and the prongs were barely there or missing entirely. The original ring looked like it was 10 years old. It shouldn't have been in that condition considering I had it for a week and it has never been worn. He removed the unnecessary stones, reinforced the stones that were missing prongs, added stones and customized the bridge to fit my engagement ring. He did way more than expected and couldn't be happier. All of my future jewelry purchases will be with Campbell Jewelry.

When I entered the shop, the clear glass caught my eye right away. These Murano pieces were created by 2 sisters in Italy. Each tried to sell me a premade ring and said they could "modify" it to "make it custom" if I wanted. No thank you! I then went to Harry Merrill on the recommendation of a family member and met Rob and Nicole. What I experienced there was something entirely different. Starting with the stone(s) and building the setting, Rob advised on what would make the best ring, took the time to answer my 101 questions, and listened to everything that I wanted. I must add that I am pretty OCD about purchases that are much smaller than this, so you can imagine what I put Rob through! He was patient and kind the entire way and gently guided me in a direction that I did not think I wanted to go in at first, but looking back I am incredibly glad I took his advice. Once everything was set into motion, Nicole stayed in contact every step of the way and was so accommodating when I had questions or had to pop in to make a change, which there were numerous instances of. Just because she sees those types of people everyday because there is a Methadone clinic on the same Street she thinks that she's going to put my husband and I in that category and judge us because of our race and his religion. She automatically assumed that we were drug addicts and asked us to leave. When I asked what her name was her exact words of pure ignorance was "I don't have a name today. " But if I were to let her know who I really was and played the name throwing game, her tone would have changed real quick but in all reality WE are human beings and it is her duty as someone who works in customer service to have people skills and the knowledge of how to speak to people with respect. I understand the store is not at all high class, but she still has to deal with people with respect, and that she has none of. Therefore, I don't know who hired her but that was the worst business mistake you have ever made if you expect your business to succeed.
