Throughout the process, he was really easy to communicate with and gave great advice. The ring is the prettiest I've ever seen. The two of us first visited House of Milner Jewelers for a Diamonds 101 class with Brett and knew pretty much on the spot that he was our guy for getting an engagement ring. He gave us a ton of candid perspective on different decisions that go into choosing a diamond and designing a setting. My girlfriend had some inspiration photos of different aspects of what she was looking for, and Brett understood exactly what she wanted. We even booked a followup appointment where we increased the diamond size and shared an additional inspiration photo of a specific prong type that she had found online. After those initial meetings, Brett and I coordinated directly so that she would be surprised by the timing of the engagement. Brett also sent me 3d renderings of the ring so that I could sign off on the custom design. He and his team built the ring incredibly quickly - much faster than most jewelers would - I think it took about a month. When I came to pick up the ring, it was the most stunning ring I've ever seen and was exactly everything that my now-fiancée was hoping for. He translated all of her inspiration into an absolutely stunning piece of jewelry which is totally personal to us.
