The ladies there who own it, are friendly and helpful. The young guys who help load into your car and such, are kind and helpful too. They offer delivery for those of you who buy a lot or need help with a larger vehicle. This is a really great touch. It's family-run and in addition to the antiques they also sell mulch out back. I drove past it the first two times I went because it comes up quickly and is somehow hard to see on Chester Pike there, but once you know where it is you'll do okay. Looking forward to my next trip. Just reviewing this place has me wondering what's new down there.

I used to like going here. However, a lot of the vendors are priced way too high. This is called a…read moreflea market, but this has higher than antique store prices in many cases. A lot of these vendors have their own little museums going. It's a shame because this could be a really great spot. I only go once every 4-6 weeks because the turnover of inventory is not what it should be. A lot of things sit collecting dust because the prices are outrageous. When this was a bigger space, there was at least a larger variety of vendors who would be willing to negotiate. Hoping when they move to a bigger space that things will change over and prices will be a little more reasonable.

My mom said she couldn't be happier with Briggs - even if some items didn't fetch as much money as we had hoped they would, we felt like everything was handled very professionally and fairly - and sometimes, antiques just don't go for as much as you'd think they would. The gentlemen were trying to help, the main female was aggressive and unhelpful. If I sold something to someone and they drove there and it was missing, I would apologize and fill their refund documents out, that would be the least I could do. Not here, they said 'go to this website and fill everything out, and if anything isn't correct, it'll delay your refund'. Again, in a kind of threatening voice. Very unprofessional. Will not buy anything from them again and I'll be certain to pass this on the everyone I know.
