We informed Guillot we suspected she had swimmers ear on top of the reason for the visit. When he jammed the otoscope into my kid's ear so hard it hurt them so bad they were scared to death of him. He stormed out the room giving us a total of 5 minutes of Doctor time. He said he couldn't deal with it and left. It turns out my baby was losing their hearing and is now profoundly hard of hearing. She will never regain the hearing. If it was auto immune an injection of steroids could have saved some of it. Word through the grapevine is that he had a surgery that did not go well that morning so he took it out on patients. A true professional.

Its only $50 and when you spend the money I have here its not that much. But when you dont return calls or ignore my messages then it becomes the principal of it. They never have charged me and I cancelled 24 hours ahead of my appointment. Amazing how much money you spend and they pull this stunt on there patients. This is why I will be going somewhere else and will make sure everyyone knows that they care more about there money than there patients. So dont think they do.

His office is beautiful and very comfortable (as well as immaculate!) I had the test done yesterday for an abulation, it all went smoothly and I can finally stand up straight and not hunched over to the right. My Cobb angle was 34 degrees and extremely painful. I cannot say it took away all of my pain as I suffer from autoimmune conditions out of anyone's control, but it did make my life more manageable after just one test. I can't wait for the real deal, maybe to live a more enjoyable life. I see that in Dr. Segura's eyes. He plans the treatment he knows will help you to live more normally.
