Do not send a loved one here with Covid especially if you want any chance of survival. I tried making a new patient appointment for my dad with Dr. Rao again. Initially, I talked to someone named Donna And had requested her to email me the new patient Paperwork so that I can Fill it out for my dad and help him bring it with them to the office. Never did I receive the paperwork or an appointment confirmation. Two days later when I called to confirm the appointment and request the paperwork again, someone named, Lindsey answered the phone and was unable to find my dad's appointment because apparently it was never entered in their system. To add to that, Lindsey was very rude, didn't except her mistake, kept arguing with me. Eventually, I ended up making an appointment With an alternate PCP.
