She is sweet, kind, with a beautiful welcoming smile. She's very professional and always tries to accommodate my schedule. OMG! Dr. Kerns is fantastic! I went to her at a time that I felt my pain will never leave me especially because I suffer from so many conditions. She sat with me explained everything that was going on with my body. Truthfully, I don't know what I would do without her. She has helped me tremendously with my chronic pain. For the first time, I found relief and someone that truly understands my pain. I can talk to her about anything, she never makes you feel uncomfortable. She explains all the medical verbage in plain English so you are able to understand. I don't like Dr. Kerns, I truly love her. What she has done for me is incredible. My sadness and losing the battle of this struggle has gone away. Poorly run office. I scheduled an appointment online as a new patient. I arrived 20 minutes early and upon checkin was told I scheduled a televisit not a regular visit and there was no room to be seen as a new patient. What I find frustrating is that I could have saved the 1.5 drive (round trip) if the person had noticed yesterday when they called! They clearly saw I was a new patient. Being there and told they were too busy to see me today was upsetting. I took time off work and waited two weeks for this appointment.
