I've been coming here for the last five years and don't believe I've ever waited 5-10 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen. The providers are skilled and do excellent work. And if you need to have larger excisions, they even do complementary scar treatment, which is a grand bargain. I have high standards and visit 3-6 times a year as a pale skinned person who grew up in Florida. The few negative reviews you seen here are not indicative of my countless experiences. I also know other people who feel the same way. The negative reviews are from people who are probably always negative, and don't handle mistakes or miscommunications the right way. Outside of getting monthly injection treatments they also offered me a prescribed topical ointment that's been working nicely. I've also had moles checked with my yearly check-ups and had some laser treatment to remove some spots I was self-conscious about. Regardless of what I've been here for I always feel comfortable and well-cared for which is why I highly recommend this place. The parking may seem tricky since this building is right off of a main road and you'll only see a few spots in the front, but there is plenty of parking in the back. And there's an entrance from the back as well so you don't have to walk around and in through the front.

I trusted the advice and spent a significant amount of money on this treatment, but my dark spots did not improve at all. After the treatment, when I sent photos to the office showing that nothing had changed, I was told that I would need additional treatments that were never mentioned during my initial consultation, and those treatments would cost even more money. I felt misled and extremely frustrated. I spent a lot of money based on their recommendations and saw no real results.
