I admit that over several years I've seen all but 1 of the Doctors with this practice. All but "1" of the Doctors I found were patient, allowed me to explain what happened - why I was there & how I was feeling. While examining me, all but '1" was excellent... taking the time necessary to explain their finding along with a plan of care. I've been asked kindly what medications work best for me with pain management & so on. I have never felt they were trying to rush me - well, again...all but "1" Doctor. I have noticed that the office staff have changed ...if I had done a review regarding after my first time there believe me it wouldn't include 4 stars... More like 1 or 2. However things have changed. My visit today couldn't have gone better. I walked in and was greeted by friendly workers. Before I knew it I my name called & my appointment began. I had barely waited 10 minutes.... From there each step went efficiently. It wasn't long before I saw the Dr. who again spent time with my issue, explained his findings, and plan of care. The doctor's are fine. -My complaint is that if i have an appointment at 10 o'clock and i show up at 20 minutes of 10 , but if another patient has an appointment at 10:15 and that patients shows up 5 minutes before me that second patient gets to be seen before me. In other words that patient takes my turn. That's what happened to me , thier nurse said that is justified. - they Never answer the phone , you have to leave a message and then they call you back. read more

Saw Dr Bickley for hip arthritis. What a complete waste of time. I brought in my own x-rays. Dr Bickley simply read the radiologist report back to me verbatim and said nothing he can do to help. I get that there may not be a cure for arthritis but there are things that can be done (or avoided) to help. I asked about exercises, stretching, physical therapy...anything that could be done and got a big fat nothing from him other than take some Advil or Tylenol. There was no explanation of what can help, what can cause further damage, nothing. I explained that I have been taking karate for the last decade and want to continue and asked what may cause further damage and what may be helpful and his response was to take up swimming instead. When the hell did I ask him about swimming???? When I mentioned this to my primary care doctor at a later date my doctor was stunned. Needless to say Associates in Orthopedics will not get any future business from me or my family. I did call up and talk to the administrator prior to publishing this Yelp review. She was taken aback by my comments...I just hope she actually followed up with Dr. Bickley and his poor performance. read more

Associates in Orthopedics has provided medical services to my family for more than 20 years, and they have always done a great job. Within all my family members they have replaced a total of seven joints (an eight joint to be replaced later this month), repaired three wrists, and provided care on several knees. The doctors always explain things in depth, are great listeners, and I have never waited longer than a couple of minutes. If I arrive early, I have been seen early. The office staff are pleasant, efficient and always return phone calls promptly. They are absolutely the best! read more

I would never return to that clinic, anymore. When I asked Dr. Jones about the carpal tunnel syndrome, she refused and she did not want to take the time to explain to me with kindness about the carpal tunnel syndrome, so that I can learn and understand. She simply said "HERE IS THE CHART!". How would I know how the chart explains???? I was very disturbed when she spoke to me with that kind of an apathetic attitude. After taking an MRI, she only said to me "THE TENDONS ARE DAMAGED.", without any further explanation, so that I can learn to understand about the problem. Dr. Jones treated me as a number, instead of an individual. This is to show me how very bad is her job performance towards patients, like me. She only cares about her paycheck, not her patients. I would never recommend people to see Dr. Jones, nor recommend to go to that clinic. read more
