I want to start this review with a glowing review for the vibe of this office. The individuals who…read morework at this location all work in harmony and that pays dividends for their client's future success. They have a shared goal for getting you back to your highest level of functional capacity. I was a patient over the summer after a recommendation from someone who had been to this location after dealing with an acute injury. I have been dealing with low back pain for many years. Occasionally I flare where I cannot do much for myself for days. Most days I hover between a 3 and 7 on my personal pain scale but still have to maintain a job, my home and life with children. I truly only went to PT because I had hit my insurance deductible for the year expecting the same PT that I had done in years past - a rote set of exercises that didn't consider the whole person. They began by getting to know me. Asking about my current state and recent history but also the more distant history of my injury and other personal factors. They asked what I wanted to accomplish. I do not work in a role where I needed to accomplish certain metrics before returning to work but I know that they would work to rehab you safely and get you back to work. They were very clear with instruction on how to do each exercise safely. I was challenged on the days I was feeling strong and given the opportunity to take it easier on the days where I was not feeling my best. It was an absolute pleasure to watch all members of the staff interact, they all get on so well it makes you happy to be there. They also always engaged their clients in their conversations. I appreciated how they interacted with their patients across all ages - school aged to persons who are blessed to be retirement age plus. It felt so natural. Every appointment began how are you feeling today and how had things been since you left? I'm now about a month out from leaving their care and I know I can succeed. I still deal with discomfort and sometimes pain however, they gave me the tools I need while in their care and an easy to understand set of instructions for home treatment as well as the confidence that I had built from the weeks while in their care.

I want to especially thank Dr. Eric Arvidson MD and Peter Reppenhagen PA-C for making me a new person. my knees and legs were aching so bad it was tough to walk and stand. Their amazing care, made me feel 20 years younger. These people are not just a 5 star, they are a 10 especially to me. Thank you so much. I so appreciate the intelligence and skill you have to heal .

Saw Dr Poole for possible Sjogren's. He was not helpful. Told me to continue seeing my cornea…read moresurgeon since my eyes were my primary issue. He said I didn't need a biopsy of the salivary gland as the treatment would be the same whether or not I had the disease. He offered me medication for dry mouth but said it would not help my eyes. When I tried to explain the many other subtle symptoms that accompany Sjogren's and told him that my cornea surgeon said he had only seen cases like mine in Sjogren's patients he dismissed the comment. He truly seemed disinterested. Maybe he knew Medicare discounts his fee considerably and thus was just not into delving any deeper into my case. Lab work that I had done prior to the visit was forwarded to him and yet he seemed unable to access it on his laptop. He wanted me to come back next year to "monitor" the situation. NO WAY! Patient care has gone to the wayside. We're an account-not a patient-not a suffering human being. God help us all!
