I was so pleased with my experience here. Going in I was a bit reluctant because I was having injections into my neck! The first nurse I saw I wasn't too impressed with. She was just doing her job. But when Cindy walked in all of my worries went away. She was wonderful, kind, caring, and so warm-hearted. The doctor was wonderful and both Cindy and he explained every little step by step they were doing. I felt genuinely cared for. I saw Matt, he reviewed my prognosis and was very helpful. I had PT previously but still had a lot of pain. I was approved for a Lumbar Epidural Steriod injection with Dr. Mirazita. Everything went just fine! This helped tremendously and the pain didn't come back! That was back in November and I am still doing okay and do not need another injection at this time. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended! read more

I have never felt unsafe in a doctors office, I did with these folks. This seems to be a very low budget operation, procedure tables that do not lower etc. I'm a senior with mobility challenges. They had me climb up two stairs to get on a stationary table. The climb down under anestesia was absurd. Then rushed into a tiny bathroom cluttered with bins etc. to change. I'll never go back there and I definitely don't recommend them. read more

Provider Megan accuse me of selling pills today and there muscle relaxers, appalled and offended and this is not the only review I'm going to leave. I would not recommend anybody going there. She treated me like a drug dealer and I wasn't even on opioids, It was muscle relaxers. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Patients should be sent the paperwork to fill out prior to appointment. It took over 1/2 hour to fill out in office. I had a headache after this never mind my back hurting. read more

Horrible. My mother in law had an injection and was in severe pain for multiple weeks after. She called them multiple times and they couldn't have cared less. They was dismissive and rude. M-I-L went to the emergency room and her primary afterwards. Neithmet could believe how neglectful Pain Solutions was. She's goi g to see a neurologist now as she's still in pain. shame on the providers at pain solutions. You could have done anything like a follow up phone call to see how she was. But instead the only response we got was the bill. read more

Dr. Mirizata and the staff there are beyond superb. Jodi (billing manager) has an intimate knowledge when handling patient insurance that is above and beyond measure. More than that the staff works together to not only do the best for their patients - but also to help maximize insurance benefits which is rare. For reference : I called one of my youngest sons providers and not only was I told that the person who answered the phone couldn't help me and to go to a website .. yet never provided said website because "she didn't know it or where to look for what I needed". Meanwhile at Pain Solutions ; even though I was ugly because of pain and my insurance company and their hoops and had unfairly been ugly to the poor girl who drew the short straw and had to call me about my insurance being jerks... she was so sweet and stiiilll went out of her way to help me. (As an aide : believe me I am well versed in insurance policies and practices but in a moment I lost my head at one of the ONLY two specialists offices that have been super helpful and beyond knowledgeable about my back situation. ) Lastly - I did bake them chocolate chip cookies after many and more apologies to come from me because the entire staff.. nurses, team doctors, front desk and management .. are all a superb and deal with people who get lost in a moment when scheduling /insurance/ copay/ whatever the case may be moments. And it should be recognized more. read more

the lack of any empathy, understanding and care for their patients amazes me. I have cancer and a number of of health issues. I have been a patient for a few years and always met my opioid contract requirements perfectly and was according to them a perfect patient. I travel to Florida in the winter to help relieve my neurologic pain. then one day out of the blue I am called and told I have to get in there in the next 2 weeks so the clinician can go on leave. I tried to explain I was in Florida and going on a cruise. I was told too bad I need to cancel my opioid contract. read more

Absolute horrible customer service. Horrible phone etiquette. Primary care doctor faxed a referral post spine surgery. It was faxed twice. The three times I called to check and see if my referral had been received, the person answering the phone didn't have the common courtesy to identify themselves or to ask my name to check on the referral status. They said "We receive a .lot of referrals" and "wait for us to call you." Two months later I am still waiting. read more

Wow! My name is Wayne and I want to take 5 min of my time to write a good review. I see poor ones and my heart goes out to the people that feel they were treated like such and take reviews with a grain of salt.I can tell you that I made it a priority to write down names as my memory from white brain matter disease has the best of me .Rachel,Laurie ,Valerie, Joanna and Jennifer griffin have been but nothing less than phenomenal to me and specifically gone out of their way.I have white matter brain disease, i stutter a lot.I have cancerous cysts ,I have horrible tmj where my jaw is completely dislocated plus broken teeth and exposed nerves and stage 4gum disease ,I'm also an assault survivor,I won't go deep into that as it's to personal to share,I have back and knee injuries ,half of my body is completely broken from a one of my past grand maul seizures, plus I get seizures daily and I fall and my body constantly hurts , and CPTSD and chronic anxiety etc.I won't say how I'm being treated but I can tell you that they have not and do not look at me or look down at me as a drug seeker.I know if your in pain they give u a drug test and they will help you.I had one intake and one tele health visit so far and my quality of life has improved with my pain debilitating.Unfortunately Rome wasn't built in a day and not all needs for pain will be met in one visit.I got help with my first Telehealth visit but from process of elimination now I know what to talk about and what still needs to be treated to bring up in my next visit.my sister and my mother in law passed away recently with in two days of each other and not only did Jen have patience with my stuttering but she also took the time to hear me what I feel would help me also and sympathy while I was crying and could barely get my thoughts together.I personally think so far if you're in chronic pain and your drug test comes out clean I can personally say you should not have a problem here with medication that will help your debilitating illness.That's just my experience.I always tried to stick it out of tough it out ,now I know that I need these medications to survive so I can be a father to my sons.I went from passing all my tests for a marine patrol officer with a bachelors criminal justice, associates in psychology,and certificate in criminal forensics taking care of my twin boys and my mother with dementia with hep b and c to now realizing I now need these medications to survive and that's gods plan and there's nothing I can do about it but be there for my kids.The last time I called I was sent back to the front desk after my Telehealth visit over the phone to make an appointment and then I spoke to someone from the front to make an appointment I was speaking about how I lost my sister and she didn't pay attention whatsoever and do I take it personally?Nope I absolutely did not because I could hear that she was trying to juggle other people besides me at the front counter the day before Xmas while I was on the phone with her.I should never be so selfish and I know it wasn't personal.I take it as no disrespect because I met her personally and I can tell u she's a phenomenal human being.Point is tend to try not look at things one way.I know that if she was paying attention she would've offered her condolences.My point being here is this, what people think in their head and what actually happens on the other end sometimes are two different things.it's very difficult having patience when you're in chronic pain sometimes but understanding is key and what we want as patients?Right?These women made me feel so comfortable and told me not to worry about anything and gave me happy tears and not to be scared or worried anymore about needing medication or help as they will take care of me.Laurie, Rachel, Valerie, Joanna, and Jen griffin made me feel that no matter what they have my back and what I felt about meds wouldn't be taboo and I know my body the most.these r wonderful women.They were angels to me before I was seen and went out of their way for me before I could even be helped.Facts.I pray others can be helped as I was. They knew I know my body the most and what I believe would help my chronic debilitating issues. They knew not only did I know my body better than anyone but took away the fear of asking questions with out being looked down on as someone less. I'm not a smoker or a drinker but someone whom just needs help and they saw that. me , as a good person and they could level with me without making me feel pathetic. Great team of people who just want to help you. I wish I didn't tough anything out and just went to them a while ago .true healers who want to see the best results.it makes me cry sometimes when I'm able to play a board game with my sons and they see my smile and laugh and tell me " dad it's nice to not see you in so much in pain, don't worry it will get better I promise .."
