My appoint was on 10/16 and the Doctor was approximately 90 minutes late due to a surgery that ran long. No problem--I don't mind waiting. But when he finally did show up, it was clear that he intended to take as little time as possible with me. The first sign that he was coming was his assistant who came running into the room to "prepare" me for the Doctor. She was clearly panicked that she would not have me ready by the time he entered the room and this included having my splint off in time. The Dr barely glanced at me or my xRays. The hurriedly replaced my splint while barking at the assistant the whole time. I was soaked in the process and ended up with a rather shoddy, ill fitting splint. The entire interaction was unprofessional. During this visit, I mentioned that the other point of impact (in addition to my arm) was my lower back and that I had a lot of pain in the lower back and hip area. The doctor asked me if I was limping, watched me waddle across the room, and then left without so much as a comment or referral. When the pain continued to increase I called a back specialist on my own and was later diagnosed with a fractured pelvis (multiple fractures), herniated disc, and damage to the flanking facet joints that required further treatment.

I fear the surgery was a complete misdiagnosis with profit in mind as he was on his way out the door, now im missing months of work and my quality of life has significantly diminished. 6 months later im still barely able to use my right arm. How i wish i had researched this guy before the surgery. He did sloppy work and left a nasty scar on my arm, other Drs have told me the closure of the surgery looked unprofessional. I have many problems with my back, 2 failed surgeries permanent nerve damage. The old doctor was doing nerve ablation injection. That took my pain away for 6 months at a time. This Dr had the nerve to tell me my problems are muscles, not the nerve damage! Then he moves on to telling me I need therapy and the pain is in my head. WTF!! I have had 10 plus MRI's, nerve studies, and many other test that pointed to arthritis in the joints and the nerve ablation relives the pain. I have back problems since I was 14 years old. I am know in my forties. I work full time in a high power job. I will not take pain pills or opioids. I take nothing more then over the counter IBUPROFEN. While examining me, all but '1" was excellent... taking the time necessary to explain their finding along with a plan of care. I've been asked kindly what medications work best for me with pain management & so on. I have never felt they were trying to rush me - well, again...all but "1" Doctor. I have noticed that the office staff have changed ...if I had done a review regarding after my first time there believe me it wouldn't include 4 stars... More like 1 or 2. However things have changed. My visit today couldn't have gone better. I walked in and was greeted by friendly workers. Before I knew it I my name called & my appointment began. I had barely waited 10 minutes.... From there each step went efficiently. It wasn't long before I saw the Dr. who again spent time with my issue, explained his findings, and plan of care.
