No answered phone calls or emails when prompted for a time on the closing date. The 3 days before the owner sends us (not the realtors or bank who at this point all had reached out to them to no avail) a nasty email saying he never agreed upon that date (even though we had a signed contract) and wasn't coming in that week. Appointment schedules were disorganized and rarely worked with my schedule. My realtor was often difficult to get a hold of and, as a result, I didn't know what was going on with the sale of my home. Overall I walked away with a poor experience and won't be recommending this team. Not to mention, my realtor wanted to sell my place $15k below what I thought it was worth.
