So no Cleaning occurred - they were trying to capture $325 dollars from me for a service that was not performed - and was not contractual.

There was dog pee on the carpets, holes in the two story balcony, leaking dishwasher, broken molding, gum under tables, stained furniture, rusty furniture, bathroom ceiling fans had exposed wires with no covers, dirty floors and hardware that was falling apart. You can also only access 4 closets out of the entire home (5 bedrooms). The rest are locked for the owners... PROPERTY MANAGER; has false advertised the property. The listing states game room and garage. There is no game room and the garage is locked. We also had check-in issues with the manager. Our invoice was also incorrectly stated. When questioned we were thrown to the side. When trying to cancel due to COVID we were told no with no explanation. With all these issues I have spent over 10 hours to reconcile with the booking company and the property manager but I have received no more than I am sorry. Bella Beach should be ashamed of their standards to let a listing be false advertised and to list a home at such bad condition, with no remorse to the renter.

(Last time we stayed in the "Seacliff Loft"). We really enjoyed being able to relax while listening to the calm sound of the ocean at night. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen that allowed us to prepare and store our meals as needed. The property is well maintained with very comfortable, modern and clean condos. When I reached out with constructive feedback, the responses were dismissive and at times unnecessarily argumentative. I also asked for clarification on their stated "policy" regarding consumables, but no meaningful explanation or documentation was provided. What was most disappointing was not the missing items, but the tone and lack of customer-focused service. In the hospitality industry, professionalism and responsiveness matter. Unfortunately, that was lacking here. While the unit itself was good, we would not choose to book through this management company again.
