This company is phenomenal!…read more When we had a hot water tank leak, resulting in damaged moldy drywall, I called ALL DRY; within a couple hours, Mike Andrews came over to the house and assessed the damage and promptly gave me a work estimate. The cleanup and repair was logistically challenging, because the hot water tank had to be removed for the work to be done, resulting in a lack of hot water for the house for the duration of the project. Mike worked with me and the plumber to have the entire project done in only 2 workdays, so the house was without hot water for less than 48 hours. The plumber came first thing in the morning, and ALL DRY came in the afternoon to remove and treat the damaged walls. ALL DRY returned promptly the next morning to replace the drywall that had been removed. That afternoon, the plumber returned to replace the water heater. I will steadfastly support any company that values my time. They showed up when they were supposed to show up, and did exactly what they were supposed to do. Each of the workers was very nice and polite. They were extremely efficient, neat, and professional with every step of the process. Instead, the company exhausted approximately $15,000 in available insurance benefits before providing a final invoice and left me with a home that independent remediation professionals have advised requires substantial corrective work. While I was out of town, a neighbor observed workers loading belongings into a personal vehicle. No complete inventory was ever provided, and despite repeated requests I have not received a full accounting of property removed from my home. The owner later acknowledged by text message that the project was not properly supervised. On June 16, 2026, the company also processed a duplicate charge of $7,825.64 by charging both my checking account and credit card for the same invoice. That dispute remains ongoing. As a disabled individual living on a fixed income, I have been forced to remain in hotels because my home was not returned in the condition promised. The photos attached reflect residue, dust, debris, and hair collected from surfaces throughout the home after the cleaning was represented as complete. I requested documentation, a final invoice, and a resolution. To date, I have not received a satisfactory response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
