However, Nathan has to get out of his feelings when a customer is expressing dissatisfaction with the service he provides. Nathan is demeaning, derogartory, and rude. Since the "mandatory" implementation of US postal F1583 renewal process, this guy has completely lost his mind. It is borderline power tripping. I was not asking for any special treatment, but what Nathan should NOT do is prohibit/delay my process of receiving mail that's address to ME, for ME, and C/O of ME. I've had my box with Pearland Postal Plus for some time and the hassle of changing my service is daunting. Beau and other staff are GREAT, they've never given me special treatment, but Nathan is incorrigible. I hope they find another store manager because he is bad for business.

UPS management, if you're reading this, I'm begging you -- save one spot at the counter for drop-offs only. You all probably know by now that the bottleneck in wait time is due to the customers that require more extensive shipping services (i.e. packing, creating a shipping label), which leaves many of us waiting for 5-10 minutes just to hand you a package fully ready to be shipped out.
