It's always hard to rate a shipping store. So instead of rating on an individual experience I'm just going to rate the overall experience I've had for the last few years. I have never spent more than 15 minutes waiting in line at this location. They get packed, they have lines, and they run out of space in the store for you to wait in line. But the people have always been very patient, they've been very quick to get you squared away, and I've never had an issue with service, my packages, or anything else. I also highly recommend coming out on a weekday during business hours, not necessarily during rush in the evening or the morning. Late morning, or early afternoon will set you up perfectly for a quick and efficient shipping experience. read more

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Horrible Staff! Every time I have went in here, two young Black guys with Long Dred Locks are constantly talking to each other, like they are in a Barber Shop and causing long delays. They work Very Slow and are Extremely lazy! T I went last week and had 5mins til they closed and a Light-Skin Black Dred Locks worker told me "Hey bro, we are closed"! I am a 50yr old man and he addressed me like a child. There were 3 people in line and I argued w/ him about the existing time. Then an Indian man was waiting in line and Told the staff to take me..He was a family member of the Owner. If the Indian guy was not there, I would of been thrown out. Those 2x Black workers with the long dreds need to be FIRED so this business could make profit and efficiency. read more

I visit this store frequently. I'm a big Amazon shopper. And I visit this store to make my returns. The service here is amazing. If they see you holding a big package. They come from behind the desk to help you with it. They are happy to look up shipments and other orders that you have. When I had to ship something out. I was explained all of the options and different pricing. The location is on Shadow Creek Parkway. This location is very popular. There are always several customers. The parking is good. I've never had a problem finding parking. They are practicing safety and social distancing like most businesses. When you arrive you have to stand outside the store 6ft from the person in front of you. They only allow 3 customers inside at a time. They even have a recording that plays while you wait to explain what you are supposed to do. Waiting outside in the heat and sometimes rain is kind of frustrating when all you need to do is check your mailbox. However, you are covered while waiting. But it's about safety for everyone. Sometimes the wait is somewhat long due to the nature of what a customer might need if they are mailing several packages. The staff is very nice. They typically remember you which makes it feel very small town, warm and welcoming. When I had several packages and mail coming often at one point, they knew my mailbox without even reviewing my name and info and they collected all the mail and began putting it in a large bag and boxes for me. They even allowed me to drive to the back loading area and put several extremely heavy packages in my car for me so I wouldn't have to make several back and forth trips to my car. I know the regular post office wouldn't do this extra service for customers. The team is young, but don't let their ages fool you. They are knowledgeable and willing to assist in ways you don't expect. The manager and owner are both extremely professional and truly care about providing quality service. So if you are looking for an alternative to the regular post office, I highly recommend this UPS store location. read more

I had to return a package and I walked in with a box going back to AT&T. I was greeted by the a snotty Abercrombie-garbed teenage clerk who said "AT&T?". In the course of the transaction, he said maybe 6 one-syllable words and it ended with him saying "There you go" and handed me a receipt. Word to the wise store managers...tell the kids to be a little friendlier, put on proper work attire and don't act like your over your job. read more

Don't get a mailbox here. After closing out the box, they didn't forward mail to me, even though there was an agreement--one that required me to pay full shipping and handling. They also denied getting anything, although I have confirmation that they did. This makes me think that the two lost packages they blamed on the carriers might not have been the carriers. Some of the staff is quite rude, while others are kind and polite. But losing my mail and lying about it, instead of forwarding it as agreed, goes beyond matters of politeness. USPS is cheaper, more reliable, and allows free forwarding; I regret ever spending money here. read more

I appreciate the social distancing measures put into place, but visits here are usually annoying. For instance, if you request UPS pickup of your Amazon return and the driver doesn't come and doesn't leave a mailing label then you cannot just bring the item to the store. You have to go back through Amazon, cancel the return, and request it all over. Also, have your scan codes pulled up before you come or screen shot them. They have no wifi and for some wireless carriers (like tmobile) their store is a dead zone. So you will end up waiting to get in and not be able to retrieve your code. The nail shop next door will let you use their Wifi if you are in a pinch. read more

I came to this location to ship an item for return to Amazon. The representative who assisted me advised me that she was going to charge $.25 for tape. I was quite surprised at this statement. I informed her that I've never been charged for tape and she said each location is individually owned. When a franchisee makes that statement, I believe it to be inappropriate. People patronize business because of the brand. Also, I'm sure they get paid from UPS a fee to accept packages. If you don't want to get charged for tape, I reccomend visiting either of the locations on Old Spanish Trail. read more

I have had a box here for a couple of years just for receiving packages. The staff is always friendly and the place is the best when it comes to shipping packages. I've never been greeted with anything less than a smile, even when the person in front of me is throwing a huge fit and taking out their frustrations on the teenage cashier. If you tend to have packages not get delivered or "disappear" which is what used to happen to us, then get a box here and have all of your stuff delivered here. Its saved us tons of time having to contact amazon about missing packages. Well worth the $5 a month a box costs. read more

Husband brought in an envelope and a small box. Both items under a pound. I'm an eBay seller so I know the rules by now. The girl proceeds to tell him they can't take it he has to take it to usps. Which in fact is incorrect because they do service usps. We know they can't provide a receipt if it has a pre paid shipping label ( We obviously already track it from eBay ) not once did she even proceed to actually pick up the package and weigh it or look for a pre paid shipping label. And if she did any of the two things everything would have been just fine. We took it across to the next parking lot and dropped it off no questions.... Was it really that hard??? read more
