Most places if you decline to answer statistical information they still provide you services. She left feeling ashamed and disrespected. read more

My fiancé went to this location to confirm her pregnancy and make sure everything was well since we found out late into the pregnancy so we where concerned. She checked online and was able to get an appointment the very next day. I wasn't able to attend out of respect to the clinic because of the pandemic since my fiancé works at a clinic as well we wanted to make sure we where safe and respecting the facility. Amazing ladies at this clinic. After 2 miscarriages I went here for my third pregnancy. They were supportive, friendly, and caring. They also have the Bridges program that offers learning for parents. Our mentor Colleen during my high risk pregnancy was amazing. Always seeing how we were doing and praying for our little Jayla. Dianne is the coordinator of the program and she does an amazing job. They treat you like family and I appreciate all their love and support. read more

I cannot even begin to say how thankful I am to this clinic! It was the first place I went when I tested positive and thank God that I did. They gave me a urine test right away, provided counseling and overall were super helpful and friendly. I went back the next week to get an ultrasound where I found out I was actually almost 3 months pregnant they gave me so many cute pictures of my baby and even a little gift! I was shocked and they gave me so much comfort and provided me with resources which I greatly appreciated since I was between insurances at the moment. I wanna say thank you to all the staff the work that you are doing does not go unappreciated really you all are providing such a beautiful resource to people. Please don't let the bad reviews steer you away even if you don't have a relationship with God I know you will find this place to be helpful! Thank you once again for your help and time. I been wanting to write a review for so long but they were getting tons of great reviews that maybe yelp was suspicious, that tells you everything about this clinic. The staff is amazing, everyone was so kind to me at a time of my life that I was so scared for my future. Assure clinic helped me get a pregnancy test and an ultrasound the same day, confirming my pregnancy. Also they helped me to start my wic application and reffered me to Bridges, a parenting and pregnancy school that also donated a lot of baby items to me and I also had the opportunity to meet wonderful people there. Despite Yelp's scare message, as someone who has supported this center for many years, they do have licensed medical professionals on staff, something that Planned Parenthood doesn't always have. If Yelp were going to be fair and accurate they would post the same warning for Planned Parenthood locations. read more

Reviewing from the perspective of someone who went to the clinic with no plans for abortion but rather is awaiting healthcare coverage to initiate. I am so thankful that I discovered this clinic. I was early in my first trimester and hoped to get an initial ultrasound to check the pregnancy viability as well as a check-up until I could see an OB. I was in a tearful, exhausted and pretty low state when I arrived at the clinic because pregnancy nausea has been intense for me. The first nurse, Helen, I did the check-up and urine test with. She was so incredibly patient, warm, kind and supportive and with her help I felt so relaxed there. Then I sat with the nurse Rebecca and the ultrasound technician, KJ, to discuss my plans for the pregnancy. The intent of this time for patients is to encourage them to consider options for keeping their pregnancy, if they otherwise don't feel able or confident to do so. I'm in a position where I planned to get pregnant so this was not relevant for me, but I want to point it out to manage expectations for anyone else planning to visit. The clinic is Christian-based and pro-life, but from my perspective, it did not seem that there was any judgmental or pushy atmosphere. Of course this is just my experience, but it seemed a comfortable environment to express one's own opinion. And, something which I valued deeply, an opportunity simply to speak with other women about the experience of early pregnancy and hear the encouragement I'm sure any women needs. Even with the absence of sickness or exhaustion I'm sure every woman needs someone to offload to, ask any random questions, hear any perspectives, etc. Both women listened to me vent about how sick I was feeling, and responded with encouragement and empathy and compassion. After the sit-down chat, I went on the have the ultrasound with KJ. Wow, what a genuine, sincere, and enthusiastic lady. Her personality is perfect for her job, because I automatically felt comfortable in her presence, to the point where the transvaginal ultrasound felt completely un-awkward and not uncomfortable at all. I appreciated her chilled and worry-free perspective in general; very valuable for first time moms-to-be. And, she was just so so helpful and eager to explain everything to me, walking me through different whys and whats of the ultrasound. But the most touching part of all was how thrilled she was about my pregnancy for me. Her excitement has truly stayed with me to this day. As I said, perfect person for the job! This is a mega long review but I wanted to give some love to this organization. The staff that I encountered were all so committed to their roles and it meant so much to me to be able to have such a positive first pregnancy appointment, and receive help and support - all for free - in such an outstanding way. read more

They recommended me to go to my doctor to go get Pap smear and made me my appointment to come back for an ultra sound so I do just that and come back keep in mind I live in banning so I come back and say I can't be seen because I went to see my doctor ? I have to admit I am the type of person to read reviews prior to trying out a new place, I also understand that not everyone will have the same point of view and experience. So regardless of what I read on Yelp I decided to set up my appointment & it went wonderful. The waiting room is small and kept clean. My son (2 yr old) loved playing with the small beaded activity toys that they make available, that gave me time to fill out paperwork. The staff was friendly from the moment I arrived until I was walking out of the door. It is a christian clinic, so yes, you will hear about religion. I don't know if it was the fact that I had already gathered that from the reviews I read or the fact that I was in a good mood but the questionnaire didn't bother me at all. The advocate was very nice and made me feel comfortable, in no way did I feel harassed, and I personally don't follow any religion but am a lover of love and I felt that her heart was in the right place and had good intentions which I appreciate regardless of religion, age, sex or circumstance. So although unusual for me to have religion and medical procedures mixed it was quite nice to see a group of staff members that were doing professional work while in their heart they are also accomplishing a bigger mission. The nurses were wonderful, they really took their time with me, they had a relaxed vibe and were friendly to my family as well. They were even able to do an ultrasound the same day, although I was just scheduled for a urine pregnancy test. My boyfriend and son were allowed to come in and see as they performed the ultrasound and we all got to see our baby's heart flutter. I felt welcomed and taken care of & left with so much information and pamphlets. The office is very bright and nice, restrooms are kept clean and organized. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend it. Also, did I mention that all services were free?? All they required was a picture ID. read more

My first pregnancy, my miracle pregnancy and I wanted to make sure everything was okay with my baby. They treated me so well, I felt so comfortable. The receptionist/medical assistan Karen was amazing, so friendly, nice and made me feel very welcomed ! And Breanna the nurse that took care of me and did my ultrasound was so nice and gentle and answered all my questions! At the end I got a little gift and it made it so much more real ! THIS IS A FAKE ABORTION CLINIC. I called to inquire about receiving an abortion since it is listed under the free services section of their website. Once that link is clicked, it goes to a series of questions you might have, but does not have any information on whether or not they offer abortions. I called and asked if abortions were under their services and the representative told me I could come in for a consultation so I could receive an ultrasound to see if I had a "viable" pregnancy and how many months along I am. She also suggest I wait to see if I have a miscarriage, which is emotionally traumatic and dangerous. She never explicitly stated that they offered an abortion. This is manipulation. Beware! read more
