Capital Welding was able to properly identify the root cause after inspection and even identified deficiencies performed on a previous repair. Great price, exceptional service, open and honest communication, and stayed late to make sure everything was to expectation. He seem very nice, competent, and responsive. He sent me a link to Home Depot for the materials needed and he gave me a quote for the labor charger. Before starting, he asked for upfront payment for materials and without thinking I sent him $400 for the materials. He never showed up to do the work, giving one excuse after another. Then, he stopped responding to my phone calls and texts. I sent him and invoice for the $400 through the same number on Zelle that I used for the payment, and Zelle said it was no longer an operative number. I WAS SCAMMED FOR $400. I'm posting this to warn people not to use this individual or company and to be very careful about using anyone listed on Yelp. Also, beware of paying with Zelle. Capital One was of absolutely no help in getting my money back. Basically, I was told by the bank that it was my fault and there was nothing they could do.
