What the sales man failed to inform me is that there was a lot of prep on my side that needed to be performed. I contacted my sales guy and he indicated that they had other ways to achieve the results with not requiring me to do it all. He said they would contact me within a day and after 7 days no contact. I requested a manager to call. He called one time left message and that's it. I had to request him to call me again. He was not very helpful and basically says my charge is final as they did the work. After persisting to speak to a higher manager, he said that he would speak to the president. He called me less than 10 minutes later saying he president would not authorize a refund. I would have thought that Good customer service as the president I would have called myself. I do not recommend this company.
