    The monthly invoice has a subtle notification about Renewal. The only thing in 'bold' is the Amount Due.

    This is an update to the response left by the business owner to my original review. It is ABSOLUTELY FALSE that you reached out to me "many times". You didn't even reach out to me by phone ONCE except for the one time to solicit me. No attempted phone call and no e-mail except the one from your VP in response to the BBB complaint, only doing the same thing you're doing here by telling me how I don't understand this great service that you're insisting I benefit from. So that's just more mendacity. And yet YOU accuse ME of misleading others? No. Auto-renewal was definitely not discussed in our phone conversation. And NO, the renewal notice is not in "large and bold" print on the invoice (see attached). And also 'NO', there was no separate notice about the renewal coming up last year. Every email and invoice is accounted for and they do not reflect what you said in your response. I've conceded in my original review that you only have the legal high ground (maybe), however, I'm merely putting out the "Buyer Beware". For every invoice I receive from you, I will pay it instantly, in compliance with contract law, but I will continue to warn others (as I told you that I would do) about your true lack of transparency. If you want to try to be transparent, why don't you say right here in the comments how exactly I've been benefiting from your service? How truly beneficial are your services if you're having to threaten clients with escalating to Collections in order to retain them? Do you think it's ethical to force your clients into a renewal just because "most companies" do this? Or because State law sanctions it? I would never dream of holding my clients to services against their will. Who do you think you are?

    I give them 2 stars only because they did improve my Google search eaning with 6 key words. The…read morecost? $3600 for 6 months- that's almost $1000 per key word. My main reason for dissatisfaction is they would promise things and not deliver. They also put work back on me, the customer, which they should have been able to do. First, they promised to place SEO rich text on my website. They wrote it and I edited it. Then they said they could not place it on my website diue to access. They asked me to have the CRM turn off two factor authentification because the way the work is not one single individual would need access. This was a no go. Finally after days of back and forth and me threatening them, they said they had access. However at this point I had given up and asked them to send me the text and I placed it on the website myself (even though I am paying them $60/hour to do this). Fast forward a couple months- again, they promise to fix an issue with website address duplication and to provide me other SEO rich text. 30 days later, this was still not done at our monthly telephone discussion. The website duplicaion was not fixed and they said the SEO text was a task for next month. This was when I caneled any further work which I had planned to do anyway since we had been at this for 6 months. They offered to put the website address fix money toward anoher tsk. However, when I asked them SPECIFICALLY what that task would be, I got NO ANSWER. This tells the story. Finally another major problem is there is NO consistancy in who you talk with. One month it is person A, next month person B, next month person C, next month person B again. I find their practices un-professional and they do not instill confidence in the customer. If I had it to do over again, I thnk I owuld look elsewhere knowing what I know now.

He is a FRAUD! He also did not disclose that he sends all requests over to the Phillipines where his design team is located. He does not design this himself. I have nothing wrong with other cultures or people. But when it comes to selling a product how is someone in the Phillipines going to know my product well and how to sell/appeal to someone in the U.S. When we first met with him he stated we could have a website mock up within 3 days. It has been 2 months and recieved nothing but a logo that is cookie cutter garbage. He will not answer calls or meet with you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON! YOU WILL BE SORRY! I found out he has paid people to submit good responses about his business online. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! He will not refund our $1000. He has done nothing and we have signed nothing. HERE IS THE EMAIL HE SENT AFTER THE REQUEST TO CANCEL: (KEEP IN MIND WE HAVE SIGNED NO AGREEMENT! AND RECIEVED NOTHING BUT GARBAGE UNTIL 2 MONTHS LATER) I am happy to go to small claims court. It will be a learning experience. We have our own terms of service on our website. We have not breached anything in our agreement. In fact, you had a payment of $520 due on June 8th that I mistakenly did not bill you for, but should have. It is not right or ethical to take advantage of me and my company like this, and threaten me with a law suit when we have performed exactly according to our agreement, and exactly according to your instructions. You are most certainly not welcome at my home. I really am a nice guy. I try and do good and serve people daily. These accusations are coming out of no where. Since you've used our service well into the 2nd month, I think the most generous solution I'd be willing to offer is a refund of $400. This comes from our $3600 price point, which offers you 12 months of support, divided by 12 months equaling $300 per month. $300 times the 2 months is $600, hence a $400 refund. Again you are not welcome in my home, or on my property. If you accept this partial refund offer, I will prepare an agreement specifying the details of this refund, and email it to you to sign. I will also send you your partial refund electronically. Please do not call our phone number again. I would be really hard pressed to replace this company! They do all of my confirmation calls to remind patients about their upcoming appointments, and they remind them if they are due or past due! There are a lot more helpful things they do for our office, that I can't mention them here. I don't think they are a scam at all. Been well worth the money in times savings alone. The customer service mentioned that they will have the rep assigned to my company to call me back to cancel. I have never met this rep nor spoken to him in 5 years. not even sure if i talked to him back in 2021. he emails me back and of course says that contract keep renewing and i cannot cancel. he is also very offended that i am cancelling and keeps asking me the reason i am cancelling. After repeating for the Nth time that i am cancelling because i like to consolidate my online software as well as price being high he insisted i cannot cancel. After i asked him to provide me with law required renewal notices he never got back to me and couple of months later send me to a collection company which makes solution reach icon of professionalism. stay away from this company there are many other better and more reasonabke companies out there. I dont think they realize it is 2026 and there are plenty of software companies out there providing the same services. In the era of AI everything, patient appt reminders and texting appt reminders aint rocket science. I am actually in process of retaining an attorney to stop collection harrasment. It may cost me more but they are crossing the legal lines alot and they hope bullying will lead to get what they want.
