Biweekly cleans are always a relief. Sometimes the staff who come are really, really attentive--sometimes, they seem slightly rushed. Sometimes their arrival time has been off. But let's shrug all those off. They do a very, very good job, leave the condo much, much better than before--sometimes it is immaculate--and are 100% trustworthy. Honest people. That, and the hard work they do, has meant the world to us. Probably 4 1/2 stars...I appreciate Rodrigo and the staff very much. Their rates are also, in my book, VERY good. Please try them out! They quoted me a good price, had safety insurance & delivered on the work they said they would. They also pointed out some additional issues that I have and I asked if they could do the work. They were smart & honest enough that they said they didn't do that type of work. I would definitely recommend this company if you need gutters cleaned, windows washed or some general house maintenance.

We hired this company to clean our house after a renovation. For context, we have a cleaning lady come to our house once every other week and she charges us $100. We felt that since the house was very dusty, we were willing invest more and get a "professional" service in to clean the house. We were told that the service was $30 an hour - and that they "may bring another person". They show up at our home with three people (telling us it is now $90 an hour) - and refused to provide an estimate for how long it would take (just saying it would go faster with more people). I swear, one of the guys ran around my house with a dust buster the entire time doing absolutely nothing. I consistently tried to ask for estimates for how much longer it would take - but they refused to do so, until the entire day was done. When it was all said and done, they were in my house for 8 hours - cleaning a modestly sized (1,500 sq foot) home - and not even doing our basement! They didn't even change our bed sheets we laid out for them. They charged us over $700! I could have had my regular cleaning service in seven times for this price. This company is a total scam and if you elect to work with them - make sure they commit to a fixed price!

They were really friendly and cleaned everything with attention to details. Our apartment had a lot of dust in small corners and they did not fail to make sure those were all clean. They send three people and stayed about 1 H 40 M. The good: I was interested in giving green cleaning products a try and Aspen Clean uses all green products. It makes a HUGE difference because it doesn't mean make your home smell toxic. In fact there's no cleaning product smell at all. They did a decent job with the clean, only a few small dust particles were found. Most places were clean and sparkling. The not so good: price was obviously one as its not affordable for ongoing biweekly cleans. Cleaning products while non toxic did not clean soap scum on edges of bath tub and one of the toilet bowls was still yellow. Not sure if they simply forgot to clean it or if the product is just weak. I ended up pouring store bought bowl cleaner in and cleaning it myself and it ended up white and sparkling. Lastly the team was over an hour late after giving me an hour window to come so I ended up waiting over two hours for them. Verdict: worth a try if you're interested in trying green cleaning services. Not having that toxic smell really makes a difference.

They are fantastic - Sherab will even clean the stairs and landing outside of our apartment. I really like that they are conscious of the environment and bring their own cleaning supplies. I forwarded the email with her confirming my time and address, and she didn't have anything to say. I received an email saying she forgot to put me in the schedule. I will not be calling this company again.
