The office's waiting area is exceptionally clean and spacious, and the team never makes you feel rushed. Every question I had was thoroughly answered, and something I especially appreciate is that I was able to have an allergy test the same day of my initial appointment, which helped uncover information and explore treatment options immediately. Something I also think is cool, is that their website shows a daily pollen count and allergy information weeds, mold, grass and trees. She said they would have sent my text for reminder of my appointment but I have never gotten texts since I started going to this office since last April 2025 But I finally got text after I checked in which was crazy. This is called balance billing and they do this because their billing coordinator is incompetent at submitting claims. So out of desperation, they overcharge, hoping the patient will just pay their bill instead of what the EOB's say they're responsible for. I've tried to resolve this but their billing coordinator wouldn't participate in a 3 way call with BCBS to get it resolved. It's hard to believe this nightmare can happen without any real oversight.

The first and maybe last person you see on your visit is the receptionist/ scheduler. I almost always see Della Sitterly. I do not know where she gets her patience; she's probably only helped me set up my portal five times. (I am going for a record). She works with everyone on upcoming appointments and never fails to go back and check on that one piece of information someone (me) forgot to remember. No sigh of frustration, just kindness whether on phone or in person. Then, if Stacy is your FNP, Megan Poole is your nurse. She continues the pattern of patience and kindness, as she takes your vitals, writes down questions and chats so you never feel rushed or inconvenient. She always seems to have cool new shoes or a nifty scrubs outfit. What I really like, is if my BP is unusually high first time around, she just quietly moves onto other things to give me time to settle in and, surprisingly, second times the charm and my numbers come down. I really appreciate that. Stacy Herrin, DNP, FNP-C is my treating source. She is kind, non judgemental, LISTENS, makes time to answer questions and amazingly seems to be familiar with my file before entering the room. Stacy follows up, recommends action or specialists if needed, is always responsive to me asking for refills or having a question O forgot to ask. And I don't think she has ever been late for my appointment (I know sometimes that's just an occupational hazard). Again, I never feel rushed or too much trouble. Calm, respectful, consideration with a touch of humor seems to be a personnel characteristic. I am older, so my life seems to be full of doctors appointments and we see each other a few times a year. I always look forward to seeing everyone. Highly recommend the Lincoln Internal Medicine for your family. I am sure everyone there provides the same excellent service.

It is obvious this practice does communicate with each other or with their patients and cannot admit when they have made a mistake.
