They even have little touches like electric outlet, covers to protect any little ones who may be there. Looking out for the kids. I love that! Some of the offices have water coolers. It is basic hospitality to offer a cold drink of water on a hot day. Today was one of those dog days of summer when a drink of water would have been nice. Every thing else is copacetic so being thirsty is a small price to pay.

Front desk was "meh," but doctor was knowledgeable. Once in the exam room, I was given a price that was a bit higher than the price quoted on the phone (x-rays). I expressed my disappointment and was met by the Clinic Manager, who explained that there were several different types, and they were not explained over the phone. She was GREAT. Empathetic and knowledgeable. I applaud that she sees human beings at their worst, and manages to talk people down from the ledge on a regular basis. I was x-rayed, informed, and even received a DVD copy of the x-ray. I 100% recommend this urgent care, and will return.... if I must!

Brian Jammel saw me and was very empathetic and caring. He recommended a medication and said this would immediately help with the symptoms and make me feel better. He offered a prescription card through Pfizer and said there were times insurance didn't cover the medication and to use this card if I needed it. I really appreciated this because I would not of had the funds to pay out-of-pocket for that medication. As it turned out I needed the card as my insurance did not cover it.
