I went in today to be seen for a toe break over a month ago that hasn't resolved on its own, simply because I haven't been able to rest/elevate and Ice as much as I should have. Front desk was "meh," but doctor was knowledgeable. Once in the exam room, I was given a price that was a bit higher than the price quoted on the phone (x-rays). I expressed my disappointment and was met by the Clinic Manager, who explained that there were several different types, and they were not explained over the phone. She was GREAT. Empathetic and knowledgeable. I applaud that she sees human beings at their worst, and manages to talk people down from the ledge on a regular basis. I was x-rayed, informed, and even received a DVD copy of the x-ray. I 100% recommend this urgent care, and will return.... if I must!

Brian Jammel saw me and was very empathetic and caring. He recommended a medication and said this would immediately help with the symptoms and make me feel better. He offered a prescription card through Pfizer and said there were times insurance didn't cover the medication and to use this card if I needed it. I really appreciated this because I would not of had the funds to pay out-of-pocket for that medication. As it turned out I needed the card as my insurance did not cover it. So thank you so much for that. Brian was very caring and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left and took very good care of me.  I highly recommend this  urgent care.

The levels of intellectual irresponsibility and insensitivity practiced here could cost you your life, or at the very least, greatly degrade its quality. Behind their exaggerated, fake pleasantries -- there exists nothing but cold, calculated, profit driven, self protective motivations. This practice has let me down repeatedly, in ways which have permanently damaged my well being.
