Now that I'm out of here, I think people should know…read more. Cons: It's hard to get a place of business wrong when all you're doing is providing office space to various different companies. But so many things about this place scream "cheap": -The way that the Internet cuts in and out frequently (SO many companies here rely on Wi-Fi to work) -The way some offices are as cold as ice while others near the back wall are sweltering hot in the summer months -The way that the Keurig was out for weeks before being replaced by a cheap coffeepot in the kitchen -The midday hours of the lobby staff, leaving the front desk unattended during lunch and leaving promptly by the early evening. It's hard not to hear the exclamations of frustrated people coming and finding no one to help them. For the amount that rent costs per office, you'd think you could maybe spring for an additional staff member to trade off on early/late shifts. -The negligence of the cleaning staff ... it goes on and on. -Oh, and has anyone ever mentioned how THIN the walls are? There are psychologists who work here and the ease through which people sharing their walls HAS to violate some kind of doctor-patient confidentiality agreement. Don't need to hear the disturbing woes of people when I'M not getting paid 100+/hr for it. Nor do I need to hear the loud phone conversations in neighboring offices. Pros: The lobby chairs are another example of CHEAP, but the co-working area in the center of the building along with the conference rooms have pretty decent furniture.

Our experience with the Regus Wilcrest location in Houston has been extremely frustrating,…read moreparticularly when trying to end our agreement. We are now in week three of attempting to get a clear answer on the termination process. Every interaction results in the same vague responses: "we're checking on it" or "we're escalating it." Unfortunately, those statements seem to mean absolutely nothing. There has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. It feels intentionally difficult to get a straight answer. Beyond the administrative issues, the facilities themselves are disappointing. The offices are very small and not well maintained. Common areas are underwhelming, and overall the space does not reflect the level of professionalism you'd expect for the price. This location could be good, the location is convenient but there are simply too many issues to overlook, from poor communication and unresponsive staff to subpar facilities. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution businesses before committing here, especially if you value transparency and responsiveness.

I hope that before bed, you'll regus a bedtime story, I could use one…read more This is a large building that is located just off Westheimer and Wilcrest, and there are a whole bunch of nice fancy offices here, and it's a very well done building. We've come here many times to visit several different companies, and it's close to a lot of the places that we come to, such as our gym and a few dining options that we frequent, anyway, so it's very conveniently located for both of us, and a great space for offices.
