Worst service ever. The outages happen every month, and it's taken hours to whole day to resolve it. The promotion is lying. I needed to get internet service for my home. I have AT&T phone service. I was told that I would get phone and internet bundle discount, also military discount, and also a 15.00 since they no longer offer max and I would pay 49.99 a month. I got my first bill and was 79.99 and I called 3 times to complain and they said they would take care of the problem and the last one was a manager and that I would get email with the correct amount within 2 hours which I never received anything. I had to call again and talk to representative who said that the bill was 79.99 and I explained everything to him and he said the promotion was not offered when I got the service, so then their representatives lied about the promotion which is not my fault. I then talked to a manager who was no help and only wanted to give a one time credit and I told him no that I was promised 49.99 and what I am going to pay and not going to pay 30.00 more. I was then transferred to loyalty department which was no help as they kept saying they were going to check what the other representatives told me, then she said there was an error message and to call back in 24 hours. I told her I already called 4 times and they still can't correct the problem. This is the worst company ever and will have to look for another company. I should have stayed with t"mobile as they keep their promises they told me. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from AT&T as they lie to you to hook you in and then they change everything and that promotions were not good when you got the service. I wish they would keep their promise and charge you what you were promised. The whole company is bad from Representative , to managers to loyalty department. read more

We had service outage for a week and scheduled an appointment with the technician to fix the issue. Never showed up and customer service moved us to the next available appointment which is another 2 days. Worst customer service ever! I'm done with AT&T! read more

My internet has been down for 10 days at this point with no end in sight. No contact from them. Customer service has been awful and no info has been provided. It is a very small outage area so not a priority for them apparently. I'm am will to give the benefit of the doubt. But when you could have rebuilt the section that is down in the time it has been out I no longer can accept it. read more

Fraud upon in-home visit by AT&T tech in AT&T truck and " in home expert. "Technician serviced our Internet and faulty. Direct TV allowed a in-home expert sent by AT&T to promote a buyout of our previous cell phone provider phones. That means she would pay off both my husbands and mine cell phone Balances for the phones on our previous provider and she also promised 2 new 16 pro cell phones her name is Elsa the in-home provider. the regional supervisor for New Mexico and El Paso. Judy supports her and has not responded to AT&T offices supervisors upon my request for correction upon this fraud. In-home expert also took our brand new 15 pro and 14 and came back with 16 pros all team kosher except that she's never paid off previous carriers cell phone balance as she promised as per promotion, but never paid off the old phones so now we're stuck having to pay for the old phones And AT&T main offices, which take forever hours to speak to a supervisor claim they cannot get regional supervisor Judy to correct respond to AT&T calls. We literally even had a three-way conversation way back. This has been since November 13, 2024. We have been sent to collections. We still have to pay off the old phones. And nobody is taking liability for this fraud as per AT&T. So beware of AT&T beware beware. What do you all think? read more

Don't believe anything they tell you it's all lies based on peak values they collected at specific times and locations under ideal conditions. I purchased 1gb fiber supposedly the top of the line in home internet, but the quality is reminiscent of dial up at best. Can't say I know what 1 gb is like because I've never gotten close to it. I purchased top of the line router and hard wired as much of the house as possible and still I get low quality speeds and reliability. Check other isps first because from I've experienced att is subpar service. read more

I called on Monday & got an appointment for Friday 8am-12pm window. It's now Friday almost 5pm & no one ever showed up. I called the customer service number & they said they don't know if or when a tech will show up. They wanted me to reschedule my appointment. Or else give me another phone number to call & cancel. I had to move and the area I went to isn't serviced by anyone except ATT. I'm on my third appointment to get DSL installed and they can't even get that part right and show up. Spent all day waiting and when I called they said the tech showed up hung around for 30 minutes and reported no one home. Liar. Filthy disgusting liar. I spoke with a supervisor and he was about as worthless at helping as the current president is at leading. I seriously doubt he can even spell supervisor much less be one. Says his name is "Augie" but like all call center names it's probably made up. Horrible disgusting customer service. Terrible customer service. Horrible coordination. I paid for two months of home internet upfront. I was supposed to have service on Dec 15. The technician said he couldn't finish and would be back the following day, on the 16th. Nobody showed up, so I called and was told they would be back on Dec 23rd. Nobody showed up so I called and was told they would be there on Jan 8th. Nobody showed up so I called again and was told they rescheduled (without notifying me) to Jan 31st. So I cancelled and will never again even consider at&t for any kind of service read more

I called the 800 number provided only to get prices for internet and cable. The man i spoke with hardly spoke english and made me spell out EVERYTHING that I said. Then put me on hold for 15 mins only to tell me that service is not available in my area. It was very frustrating to waste my time. Even if the service was available I would not have wasted my time getting it. I am very disappointed because I heard such great things about ATT service. read more

Meh its good for the most part although there are issues with the service provider such as internet outages etc.. a few months ago there was an issue where almost5 zip codes had no internet regarding U-verse. It took them 5 days for it to get fixed, a very long time. But i gotta point out to whoever the technician(s) went out there in the middle of the night out in the cold did i great job. But with the internet now not 99.999% reliable, we have our doubts. From day one have had issues. Not to mention in 2019 the only thing they offer is 50 down and 10up. Absolutely sad at this day and age. I'm lucky to get 20 down over wifi. And hard wired rarely ever works at all. I've had the router replaced and every time I talk to a representative they check the speed and I my house and say it's fine however I can't re create the speeds they claim to be giving me at home. We have two brand new computers and my wife works from home. Stay away if your In the El Paso area at all costs. I dislike spectrum also but that's the only other option and at least they offer 100... I'll be switching as soon as I can afford to buy out my contract.... Cable and internet providers usually get a bad rap. But I was pleasantly surprised on Sunday morning!!! I noticed on my cell phone that it wasn't connecting with my AT&T wifi, so I called the 800 number. They diagnosed the problem and prompted me to schedule an appointment. I reluctantly agreed and thought to my self "great it will be week before they come out" well I called in at 1030 am and the repairman was at my door before noon. They replaced my router and all was back to normal!!! Kudos to AT&T and their Sunday team!!! Good job!! read more

DO NOT EVER USE AT&T! Even if it is the last company Avaliable to provide Internet in your area. Not worth the headache!! We have already been screwed over three times trying to get internet installed in our home and still don't have it. The first man I spoke with said we would get internet installed...installation day came and I got a feeling in my gut that no one was gonna show up. Called customer service and no one could pull up my account. Apparently he didn't set it up correctly. The second lady I spoke with couldn't understand a word I was saying, then later in the call preceded to try and rope me into signing up for way more than I asked for to begin with. We also had to go out and buy our own modem because they didn't have any Avaliable in our area and didn't know when they would be getting more in stock. Third, my husband spoke with a very nice man would tried to fix our frustration by getting us a bunch of discounts and setting up another installation appointment. Feeling confident that everything with our contract was finally right, installation day came and went and AGAIN no one ever showed up! Despite receiving confirmation. When we confronted AT&T about this we got a computer that told us we had to wait to call a different department in the morning because installations wasn't in its area of expertise. Needless to say our experiences have been crap. Can't believe I'm writing this, but I would rather deal with Comcast any day over this. read more
