There has been several hours spent here and issues between them and att customer service on the phone. It is nonstop issue after issue costing me money that wasn't supposed to even be an issue. These guys would go and fix it and apologize but then the next month there's more trouble and continuous charges that shouldn't even be there. Save your time and your money and do not come to this place. I'm so close to just transferring service all together because of this place for what has happened to me with this experience. The images would suddenly disappear and a white background with a line would show up. After two weeks, you normally cannot return the product and need to contact Samsung directly. I went to the store and they help me selecting a new TV and arrange a replacement. No question asked just a dedicated focus on services.
