Buyers beware! Recently my parents (that are in their 70's) went to the Anniston Verizon store to…read morebuy the iPhone 11. They both told the salesmen they wanted the iPhone 11. My father even told the salesperson he wanted the top of the line iPhone 11. The sales person convinced them the "XS" was the top of the line iPhone 11 and charged him over $1000. He also sold them an iPad and iWatch not telling them there was a monthly fee with additional lines ($30/mo). I informed my parents they had been lied to and the "XS" is the iPhone 10. I went with my father to the store to give them the opportunity to make it right and they said he had missed the 10 day return period and refused to swap to iPhone 11's. This shows the character of management/ owners allowing their employees to take advantage of people not in the know. I have no tolerance for dishonesty and taking advantage of my parents. I will never do business with the again!

The first thing that I saw when I walked in was a collapsible cart. I had been thinking of buying one of these to move my records around the house. I collect 78 RPM records, and they are very heavy and very fragile. The cashier noticed me reading the description on the packaging, and commented that she had one during her years to carry her textbook around. I asked her if she knew the inside dimensions because I needed it to be at least 12 inches wide on the inside. she said she didn't know, but she could get a measuring tape. She did. And it was 14 inches wide. she was very friendly, and her very helpful attitude cinched the sale for me. Star associate!

My son had upgraded his phone the day before and was promised a free apple watch for 1 cent. Turns out the phone required a data plan and monthly installments. This is a big trick that he was trying to get my son to fall for - which he did. I had to cancel that plant today. I, in return, cancelled two of my other 7 plans that I have with him. I will not support a company who does not deal with people cheating people out of their money. They know this is happening and I did not get a responsible result when dealing with this. BEWARE of these predators. I have reached out to AT&T about this entire situation, but no progress after several hours.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max online and they sent me an iPhone 15 Pro. ‍‍ Tried for days to get it straightened out online by chatting with an agent and after more than 30 messages, I was getting a different idiot responding each time, all asking what can I help you with. After telling my situation multiple times, I gave up and called in. Agent promised to get everything corrected and was mailing out the correct phone and return label immediately and that I would receive it in 2 days. LIAR LIAR pants on fire. Another week goes by and nothing! Hence my visit to this Corporate location here today. I was also told it was going out today with 2 day shipping. We'll see, but I ain't holding my breath!
