The store has been very helpful to me and I have no complaints but I went in yesterday and the air conditioning was out. The workers were sweating, the customers were sweating, and I'm being told it has been like this for days. It's a hundred degrees in Alabama; do better AT&T and get your employees better working conditions. My place of employment would never expect me to spend all day inside a building that was 80 degrees because they wouldn't get the air fixed. read more

I had one of the worst experiences in any retail store I think I ever! The employee working purposely tried to embarrass me to the store because I caught him in a couple lies. I tried to work with him and try to resolve the issues, but he stalled for a very long period of time until I was at the point of cancelling the new service I was there to sign up for. My son had upgraded his phone the day before and was promised a free apple watch for 1 cent. Turns out the phone required a data plan and monthly installments. This is a big trick that he was trying to get my son to fall for - which he did. I had to cancel that plant today. I, in return, cancelled two of my other 7 plans that I have with him. I will not support a company who does not deal with people cheating people out of their money. They know this is happening and I did not get a responsible result when dealing with this. BEWARE of these predators. I have reached out to AT&T about this entire situation, but no progress after several hours. read more

Terrible service. Incredibly rude. Went into Verizon this morning no help whatsoever. When I asked…read morefor some help the representative with his pin interest tribal tattoos treated me as if I was idiot for asking him why I can order a phone online through Verizon and receive the phone in two days and through the store it takes 3 weeks. He basically called me a liar that I couldn't and first I thought he was right because I was the idiot and ordered the pro not the max then I cancelled the ordered and a Verizion rep on the completed my order and told me it would be 3-5 days before I would receive my phone still earlier than 3 weeks . I also upgraded my daughter's phone so I did give them some business. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard . Thing is there were 3 reps in the store and one customer? Go figure.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max online and they sent me an iPhone 15 Pro. ‍‍ Tried for days to get it straightened out online by chatting with an agent and after more than 30 messages, I was getting a different idiot responding each time, all asking what can I help you with. After telling my situation multiple times, I gave up and called in. Agent promised to get everything corrected and was mailing out the correct phone and return label immediately and that I would receive it in 2 days. LIAR LIAR pants on fire. Another week goes by and nothing! Hence my visit to this Corporate location here today. I was also told it was going out today with 2 day shipping. We'll see, but I ain't holding my breath!

The first interaction with the customer service representative (Shannon) was not welcoming or…read morefriendly in fact quite flippant. She requested that we fill out an in processing form. When a question was raised calmly and politely she attempted to explain but her second attempt with providing a pleasant customer service experience was minced with flippancy and unprofessionalism. While filling out the paper with specific instructions provided by Shannon she became flippant a third time and asked why the form was being filled out incorrectly. I turned the paperwork around and explained I was filling it out according her specified directions. She then asked "why are you being so hostile." I then took the paper and politely indicated there was no longer a need to fix my phone. At this point she stated she did not want to fix the phone. Refusal of service led me to take my business to their in mall competition not far from them for the same price but with exceptional customer service. Be sure to go to Cellular Solutions for great service and fast cellular repair and providing an outstanding customer experience.

This mall has been around since I was little. I came to visit and stopped by here and the stores…read moreare still few and struggling. A bunch of locals come here still. Malls always bring in the younger crowd, too, as a hang out. I took 3 of my 4 kids with me and ended up at the "new" arcade. The A/C was bust so it was hot. My kids overlooked it but for me, it was tough to play when you are sweating. Any mall with a theater is a nice addition.

The big departments stores here are JCPenney, Sears, Dillards, and Goody's. There's also American Eagle, Aeropostale, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Hallmark, Rue 21, Payless, Spencer's, Avon, Icing, Claire's, etc. Campus Spirit sells a lot of Alabama & Auburn items if you're into that. You can get a haircut at Mastercuts or Regis. Regis is more expensive and busier, but there's a reason for that. Moon Day Spa offers eyebrow threading & waxing for $10. You can also catch a movie at Amstar Cinemas, which is the only movie theater in the area. The food court doesn't offer a lot to choose from. Sbarros shut down recently. There's still a Chick-fil-A, Great American Cookies, Max Orient, and American Deli. I usually eat at American Deli, which has decent gyros & a really yummy peach punch.
