I was told my total bill for cell service and internet was $130 and they guarantee the bill would be that amount. I dealt with Alan and the store assistant manager(the one who gave me the $130 quote). They talked about auto pay and I told them I could only do auto pay with a credit card. I was still told my bill would be $130. I checked my bill and it was $145. Went back to the store and the store manager said the assistant store manager quoted me the wrong price and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked her about honoring the quote the assistant store manager gave me and again was told she could not do anything. I should not have to pay because the assistant store manager misquoted me. Alan (sales rep) even backed up my store, but the store manager did not care. Unacceptable!

I went to fix my iphone before my twins were born and I was impressed by attention and service that…read moreI had recieved...that was in 2019; I went to fix my screen and charger port on my gen 5 iPad a month ago and they said that my motherboard was fried...I challenged it and it was not fried so they "fixed the screen" and put a protective layer on it for free....I removed my protective layer screen because it looked like dust particles were trapped underneath it but they were not!...they are trapped underneath of the newly installed screen.
