Parking space is plentiful at this store, no complaints about the parking lot. They only had 2 staff members working at the time, and both of them were helping other customers. But they did acknowledge me and let me know they would be with me shortly. I just sat on the comfortable bench to watch TV until someone was free. It wasn't much longer than 5-10 minutes. My issue was that my phone (as opposed to my tablet) was able to access internet, but was showing "No Service" where the filled dots (or bars) and "AT&T LTE" would usually show. This was the case since I got back from Costa Rica the previous week. I thought it might resolve itself, since this wasn't my first trip out of the country, and it would resolve itself in the past. The staff member who was free first (the lady) was able to reset some things on my phone, which took care of the problem, free of charge. Thank you for the help, AT&T! I'll have to come back to you guys for any other phone, tablet, or internet needs in the future. Thanks, again!
