They also put on a screen protector for me. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and professional, and I really appreciated how quickly everything was taken care of. My phone and Switch are both working great, and I left feeling like I was in good hands. It's hard to find places you can trust with your electronics, so I'm definitely happy I found this place. I'll absolutely be coming back if I need anything else repaired. Highly recommend!

They are very cunning individuals that work here who will modify cell phone contract social security numbers, repackage cell phones in such a manner to have you qualify for rebates, etc. I would not recommend this place at all. I went to this location through Verizon insurance to have my phone screen replaced. They asked for…read moremy phone passcode, and I trusted them because Verizon directly sent me to this store. I had previously used another location from the same company and never had any issues. While waiting in my car outside the store, I still had my Bluetooth earbuds connected to my phone. A few minutes later, I heard my phone reconnect and assumed they were simply testing the audio after the repair. But then I suddenly started hearing my personal videos being played, including extremely private intimate videos with my husband. I immediately walked into the store and asked the employee at the front why his coworker was going through my phone. As soon as I said that, he quickly ran to the back to tell the technician. A few minutes later, they returned my phone much earlier than the original repair time they had given me. The technician who originally took my phone came out and denied everything. I told him clearly that I could hear everything from my car through my earbuds and that I knew they had opened my private videos. I even asked him directly if he watched the video. He denied it, but smiled in a very uncomfortable way and never faced me again afterward. The situation became serious enough that I called the police and an official report was made. What made it even worse was being treated as if I were lying when I was literally hearing everything happen in real time through my connected earbuds. Having access to a customer's passcode does NOT give anyone permission to go through private photos or videos unrelated to the repair. This was humiliating, invasive, and a complete violation of my privacy. Please be extremely careful before leaving your devices at this location.

We went here because my husband was having an issue with his AirPods. We already had an…read moreappointment but ended up getting there about 75 minutes early since we had our young daughter with us. We explained that keeping a toddler at the mall for another 75 minutes isn't easy and asked if there was any chance they could take us as a walk-in. I understand we were early and they had other appointments, so I wasn't expecting them to take us right away. But the manager was pretty rude about it and basically just told us to come back at our appointment time. We were simply asking if there was any possibility of being accommodated. My husband also had another issue with the same AirPods and asked if they could check that at the same time. They told him he would need to make another appointment for that issue, which was frustrating. It's the same AirPods and we were already there, so having to make another trip just didn't make much sense to us. Unfortunately, this is the only Apple Store close to us, so we'll probably be back when we need help. I understand they have their appointment system, but I just wish the whole situation had been handled a little more nicely. Even if they couldn't take us early or help with both issues, a friendlier response would have made a difference.

The short interaction I had with a bigger tall curly hair brown hair lady with glasses was extremely unpleasant and rude. The interaction didn't have to be so unpleasant even if she was not able to complete the request. Part of the reason why people use apple products is for the service. The last 2 Apple stores had become difficult to get help or even buy iPhone quickly even with all the employees standing around. 2 stars is for my bf who also needed help and got decent help.
