There is no way to transfer service online if you move to another unit. They make you call their number and wait times are 30 mins + for them to tell you there is nothing they can do. I've called about the spotty service and they "reset the router" for the building. I had two accounts because I had 2 apartments in the same building. When I cancelled one account they cancelled both without consulting me. This was in the middle of a work day. They would not reconnect my second account without me paying a fee even though this was their istake. Get a cable internet service. Andrena is not worth it.

I wanted to take a moment and write this review because of the incredible service I received at…read morethis Verizon Wireless store location. I went to the store to deal with a charging problem with my daughter's iPhone 5. The store manager James MacFarlane greeted me and he immediately began to troubleshoot the issue. After trying several chargers it was determined that there was a problem with the phone itself. He proceeded to inform me about my insurance coverage and actually made the call to the insurance representative on my behalf. He worked with the representative and my daughter will be receiving her new phone in two business days. In addition, James talked me through the instructions via iTunes to back up my daughter's defective phone and how to restore her information when we get the new phone. His caveat was that we could also bring the phone to the store and they would perform the transfer for her. At the same time that we were dealing with the defective phone, James reviewed my account and suggested a few changes that would allow me to purchase a "hot spot" mobile router while lowering my bill so that there wouldn't be any incremental cost (other than an activation charge for the hot spot) in my monthly bill. This solves a commuting issue for me as I work in NYC and this solution will ensure that I have a secure Internet connection for all the devices that I carry (iPhone, iPad and laptop) during the long bus rides. James MacFarlane went above and beyond in servicing not just my initial need for the iPhone, but also to review my account and suggest an additional solution, at no additional cost (by the way, the hot spot came with a rebate for the same price as the device itself, so essentially free). James provides the highest level of service that I as a Verizon customer appreciate. Well Done!

Final product was never right and I had spent good dollars for this service, only for me to have to walk them thru design and layout. Then I found Total Control Remotes. Spent some time on the phone with Vince and went over what I was wanting. I was told to email him a list of what I was trying to do and he would take care of the rest. Needless to say I was a little nervous. Vince hit it on the head, everything was perfect and well thought out. When he reviewed his design with me, he had thought of things I never would have, but were really nice to have. I have done three complete rehauls of my home theater since (in fact Vince just finished my latest remote work). The system is quite involved with video processors, dirac sound processors, atmos 7.4.4 surround, including multiple different video sources to choose from. My 5 year old twin are able to goto the theater and turn everything on and choose a movie or play video games. The wife is also able to do the same. I was very happy when guests stopped by yesterday to watch a movie but I wasn't home. My wife told them to go upstairs, the remote was sitting on the couch. People who have never used my system were able to start the theater and choose their movie. When they were done, they actually shut everything down properly as well. Not many people with intricate systems (let alone simple ones) can say their remote system is this simple and intuative that anyone can use it. This is the quality of work I have been getting from Vince for over 5 years. This is not my last theater reno/upgrade and it is not the last time Vince will be doing my automation. I highly recommend Total Control and Vince. If you need a reference then you can contact Vince and I would be glad to talk with anyone who is considering using Vince.
