Tony and his assistant were great at identifying the problem (damaged charging port) and fixing it in a timely manner. Pricing is reasonable. Interactions were professional and courteous. They even recommended a great nearby restaurant where I could go during the time that were working on my cellphone issue. In addition, after I returned, they checked out the two chargers which I had brought with me and detected a faulty cable on one of them. I was able to replace the cable at cost with no additional service charge. I would highly recommend Phone Pros and the fact that I returned when I encountered another different cellphone-related problem is a testament that I value their services highly.

I had to come back another day as they didn't have the phones I wanted and they started telling me I would need to pay twice the price I was given to switch. I brought it up that it's not what I was told the first time I came, so they agreed to give me some discounts which was still more than the first offer. I agreed to that and was told my new plan would include google one and a hot spot. Guy named Robert added insurance on 2 of my lines that I didn't ask for and wasn't aware that he's done so. First, my google one was not working and the salesman told me once again that it was included and I should call metro customer service, I never did as we decided we don't need it at the moment, now few months later I was trying to use hot spot and it didn't work. The customer service told me it's not included with my plan, even though I was told it would be and my metro app says it is. Customer service suggested I upgrade or call the store that sold me the plan. I called the store and the guy was suggesting I pay even more money than the customer service was offering and even suggested I add a line that I don't need. I was specifically told when I switched that hot spot will be included, so basically they lied and scammed us.

They transferred me over to Tmobile and I'm paying $50 dollars less than what I was paying with Sprint. While Vlad was helping me the owner came by, gave me a free case and even got me a bottle of water while I was waiting. I was having a problem with my bluetooth headset and the tech took a look and fixed it free of charge. Saved me $100 dollars because I was about to purchase a new pair at the store. I contacted them early morning Labor day. I received a quote from them via Yelp. I needed the…read morecharging port changed and a new battery on an LG phone from 2018. I brought the phone into the store on Labor Day, was greeted by Robert who confirmed the on line price quote to be valid. He said the phone would require 3 days for the repair as 1) it needed to have the charging port soldered and since it was labor day, and the technician who does that part of the repair was not available, work would not begin until next business day. Robert did say he would try. To my complete surprise the phone was ready in two days. Robert emailed me and also left a message for me on my land line. When discussing the phone repair on this phone and chatting about some other repairs I need done on other equipment, what I especially liked about Robert is that he said 'if I can't fix it, I will tell you'. I liked everything about doing business with Sheepshead Bay Wireless and oh... I did not mention... The price was very reasonable and before coming to SHBW I had been to two other shops where they told me they would not do the repair needed. They said the phone was to old to change the charging port and tried to move me in the direction of purchasing a new phone. Robert did not even lean toward that route. He said he could fix it and he did.
