They never solved the problem, they just charged me money and the service doesn't work, then tell me I can't have a refund. I went to another carrier. I would avoid this place at all costs.

The reason they got a 3 rating from me is that my phone was on the fritz for a while--apps were opening, it would type without me pressing buttons--but the problem seems to have been fixed by me turning the phone on and off again a few times. The woman working there was kind and said I could bring the phone back if I continued to have issues.

They did not mind at all and walked me through the process and going out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. They could have easily told me I needed to wait or come back or call the customer service line. However, you could tell they really valued finding a solution to my situation. The radio controlled car is defective. I called and rather than saying, "Bring it right in." They said, "You need to call Activision." Apparently they do not believe in taking care of their Customers. I will not be back. I believe in supporting small business, but I can buy the same games at Target or Walmart and get better service.

To my shock (we cant find great customer service anywhere nowadays) the cashier (I think his name was Jason) asked where had found it, I showed him and he apologized for the error and because it was "their" fault in placing the sets in the wrong spot, he was gonna give it to me for the price I though it was, $19.95.
