I went here to try and get service on my phone. When I arrived, it was very busy with many people waiting. The staff apologized to everyone for the delay and gave regular updates and make sure everyone was being taken care of in the order that they arrived. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help me as I found a better deal, but the staff here was amazing, the store was clean, and everyone else seemed happy dealing with the other customer service reps. Went to purchase a phone, the rep refused to help me set up the phone after I purchased it. Even though he told me he would assist me get the phone activated once I purchased it. Then he added a home protection to the phone line which I was told by At&t Customer Service that this has nothing to do with phones that its protection for other devices. At&t Customer Service continued to advise that what this representative did was fraudulent by adding this plan without advising me he was doing so. I have had At&t for over 10+ years and have never experienced such horrible customer service from a store! Not a store I would recommend to anyone! read more

AT&T is a place I visit often for one reason or another. I stopped at this store as I was in the area and concerned since my bill rose much higher than I predicted. After actually finding how to get into this place (which is extremely confusing if you aren't from the area), I was given friendly and helpful service, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were very friendly and very easy to understand. They actually explained what happened very clearly (which is not something typical for any business, I feel like anywhere you go for anything understanding a rewards program, warranty, or even billing cycle can be difficult, since people don't articulate it correctly!!!), and how AT&T sent me a bill in the mail between the time I made a payment and had next bill due; confusing for some, but they fixed it almost immediately. What I will complain about this store with, and the reason they have lost two stars, is for two reasons. First, aforementioned, the layout of the parking area and how to get in is horrible. No signage and very weird layout in general. Second, is that they are actually not a completely legal shop. By Massachusetts state law, stores and restaurants have to be maintained at 66 - 68 degrees, this place wasn't freezing, but it was because their were space heaters surrounding the entire shop. Space heaters are not permitted in public spaces according to Massachusetts State Laws. I also found this shop small, and would be easily overwhelmed if more busy. They only had one employee working, which seemed to be fine for the time I went, but under busier conditions, would be very frustrating. I typically go the Dedham AT&T, which is closer to my house, and they always have at least three employees (or possible more), have no space heaters, and have a much better parking layout. Average AT&T location. I appreciate their help, but they have improvement to be one of the best locations. 3 stars. read more

So, I've been an AT&T customer for 5 years. I went into the store to buy a phone for my brother. They immediately offered the whole new iPhone 36 months 0 interest offer, so I took the bait. I bought a iPhone XR 128 GB and the sales person (who's name I wish I could remember) upsold me a $40 screen protector. I thought they told me I could return the phone and pay a restocking fee within 45 days. So I went into the store to return it about 30 days later because I decided my bro was not great at taking care of fancy gadgets. It turns out that the return policy is 14 days not 45. Instead of breaking their rule they reminded me that I had entered into a binding contract and my only recourse was to pay off the loan and sell it on my own. Well, I went home mad and a few days later called the store to get copies of the receipt. They wouldn't send a receipt. They wanted to have me make the trip to the store again. AT&T! I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T earlier in the month and had a very pleasant experience with Andrew. There was an issue with my promo for the iPhone 11 Pro Max and when I went into the store I was directed to the manager Ricardo. He went above and beyond to rectify the issue and worked with me to make sure that I left that store a satisfied customer. Highly recommend this store and can't say enough about their staff because they now have a customer for life with me. read more

I really hate to write a bad review, but this one well deserved. Crystal, who I presume manages this store, denied service to my daughter and mother-in-law and then refused to assist me on the phone. When I explained that we were switching to T-Mobile because we moved and ATT service is sketchy in our new neighborhood, she became disinterested as - I suppose - there was nothing in it for her. When I commented about the fact that I may move again someday and come back to ATT - but, not with service like she was providing she became combative and ordered by daughter out the store. Not OK. My next review is going to be to ATT Corporate. You can check my credentials, I an active on Yelp and not "one of those people". I went in, waited, and left after a half hour. I would think most of their customers come in after work and they would be staffed accordingly, but 2 minutes after I arrived the staff finished with customers and disappeared. The 2 staff left on the floor were with the same customers for the entire time I was there (30 min). There was still one person ahead of me and there was no guarantee that they would even be able to solve the problem I was having. Additionally, my phone died while I was waiting (because it doesn't work) and there was no where to charge it...in a PHONE store. I think there was a staff phone on the one charger I could find...I had to leave. Save a half an hour of your life- go somewhere else. read more

The store has a weird parking lot. Once you get inside, it's an actual AT&T. AT&T used to be known for bad everything but corporate competition with other carriers made them revamp all their stores. So this is a standard AT&T with good service where I swapped my SIM card for free and the associate was sharp and knowledgeable. read more

Great location, so easy to get to from the highway next to Westgate Mall (Yelp says Montello, but that's not correct. It's next to the highway, and you can get into the parking lot from Westgate mall without going on the main road). Great service and selection. Will definitely stop here when I need help again. read more
